In last two days, I did Knee Push-Ups, 3 Sets 16/16/10, then I felt headache and I measured my blood precure I found it is 155/97, so I drunk Hibiscus juice and after 30 min my headache released and my blood pressure decreased.
In the next day I got the same issue. is this normal? if not what is the cause?

This. That's a notably high BP. Said from that, I DO get exertion headaches and even migraines if I push too hard when lifting. This is especially true when I go to failure on push-ups. It's doubly bad because I always do them feet-elevated. If I feel it coming on now, I just don't push myself as hard.
I hope you're not srs, brah. You have an extremely high likelihood of having a stroke in the immediate future if that's true, and you should definitely be on medication.
