I am 6 weeks out for my first bikini competition prep and I have 6 more weeks to go until my competition day.
I was doing great and then I went to store and "consciously" bought a package of Lindt chocolate thinking I will only eat one piece of it,,,, I went to Starbucks and with my cup of Americano, I again consciously enjoyed and finished the entire chocolate which is about 600 kcal. I did enjoyed it but at the end, I realized I just kept eating even I was full. Now I am having a major guilty feeling and want to cry.. I know I should move on but I am in a huge regret.
If I eat 600 kcal less today to make up the chocolate that I ate, would it help? Sigh... I feel so sick...and disappointed at myself.
