Hello, I need a good workout routine, I want to be bigger then I already am, I'm 210lbs/15st, I want more muscle, but less fat. I already have a bit of muscle, but nothing interesting and you cant see it unless I flex. this is what I have to workout.
If you cant see properly through the pictures I have,
A boxing bag, (Two sets of boxing gloves, Jab pads,)
A workout machine(A weider299OI
A long bar that I do curls with,
two small bars that I use for curling each arms.
Ive got weight lifting grip gloves also.
Please post what you think a good workout routine would be.
I can also do jogging/walking/cycling. early morning.
