That is an average of the days. All of them went well except the bench could have gone a bit better. Strangely enough had a nasty back spasm on Sunday and it has only affected my bench so far. Maybe the 5 hours of paddling as well on Saturday (went tubing, that's what caused the back spasm) Lower body workouts are feeling awesome though.Meow

Workout Energy Thoughts
Energy is very solid from E-Cin. Depending on stomach contents sometimes it would hit really hard and sometimes it was a bit calmer.
Fat Burning Thoughts
Did notice it was a bit easier to shed weight while on E-Cin. I did have some issues during this log with my eating habits though so we don't truly know how effective this product is.
Appetite Thoughts
Very good appetite suppression. Felt very similar to my bronkaid days years ago. Unfortunately again my binge eating got the best of me... that has nothing to do with appetite suppression though so yeah.
Overall I really liked E-Cin. This was a fun log to do.
Attached is a final pic... my weight is about the same as when I started but looking at it, I look leaner for sure. Yay!Meow
