In the last 6 months i've dropped from 201lbs of mostly fat to 160lbs. I did this by mostly cardio (jogging) and a small amount of weights but not much. The main problem still appears to be the belly fat. I don't really want to drop any more weight but i do want to lose this fat around the mid section. Any tips??

So you obviously will have to add lean mass (i.e. muscle) while losing the fat in your gut if you want to maintain weight. Which is hard enough to do even if you are doing everything right - and "doing everything right" includes lifting weights and making an attempt at progression (lifting more weight over time). If you are a newb and still kind of fat, you should be able to do that to some extent at least. Not at a 1:1 exchange, though, so you are going to have to expect to lose some weight if you want your gut to go.
As it stands, if I understand "a small amount of weights" as you are barely lifting at all, then I don't think you have a chance in hell.
What you probably ought to do is lose enough weight (and focus on lifting more) until you get to the point where your gut doesn't disgust you too much. Then focus on slowly adding weight and really ramp up the lifting. Then cut again. Repeat until you are back at 160 and lean enough.
