Hey Guys,
Just wanted to follow up, I received the Novedex mid week, super excited and huge shout out to Gaspari for the opportunity to test and log. I just wanted to get this started by noting I began today with the first AM dosing. I wanted to get in on a fresh week and knew I had some running around towards the end of the week / this weekend to get done so held off.
I am currently 5'10 , eating kept, and weigh 162. Trying to slowly trying to lose weight and build muscle (recomp) so I have been eating at a pretty hard cut of 1400 calories a day. I weight train 5 days a week with some fasted morning LISS cardio 3-4x a week.
I am excited to log this product, and will update this thread throughout the weeks and add a current "before" pic today when I get back to my apartment.
Thanks for tuning in and checking out and thanks Gaspari for the opportunity!!

Day 4:
Did legs today. Been feeling good. Had a strong Arm/Shoulder workout Tuesday 03/28 followed by 30 minutes of cardio. Felt strong throughout the workout. Usually peter. Tomorrow is going to be my big test. Usually Thursdays I drag ass. I did have 2 lbs of dextrose i was going to try some targeted Keto dieting this week but I decided to let the Novedex take its course and see if I can tell a difference. Will check back in after tomorrows lift to see how it went. Keeping pictures and will post when done.
Lady friend is coming over tonight. Hoping the libido has seen an uptick too

Checking in on a rainy Friday from PA.
Thursday - Usually my worst day of the week, however a combination of a bouillon cube and Novedex had me powering through the workout. Was able to get through 5 sets of deadlift not feeling like **** at the end.
Friday - Is a pump arm day for me. Everything went well. Arms, chest, looked very vascular more so than normal. Could just be me imagining things but I'll take it.
Still dosing first thing in the morning and then with 2pm lunch after my workout. If anyone had thoughts or suggestions on timing / upping the dose would be interested.
Plans for the weekend - LISS cardio with core work. Yoga on Sunday essential lol. Libido did not notice much of a difference with the lady. Maybe sunday night or into next week I will get that libido kick Spaz was talking about.
Diet has been consistent all week sitting around 1400-1500 cals 150-170gs P / 20-30gs Net carbs / 60-80gs F will update with pics throughout the week on the Sunday weigh in.
Thanks guys have a good weekend

Update:
Has been 18 days using Novedex from Gaspari. I have been using the recommended 2 doses daily, once in the AM once with lunch.
Training update - major lifts (deadlift, bench, squat) have been increasing slightly. I started following Lyle McDonald's UD 2.0 so for the majority of the week its pump workouts with a heavy lift after a carb reload on the weekend. I did my first reload 04/07-04/08 with a power full body lift on Saturday afternoon.
Results : The change in protocol / diet coupled with the Novedex I believe I have seen some noticeable body changes. While original weight has gone up (obviously mostly water weight), inches in the waist have remained unchanged and body looks/feels fuller (in a good way).
This week: Even after carbs were reduced back down to >30gs on Monday lifts have been superior to when I was just doing the diet without Novedex. Usually by Wednesday / Thursday I was run down and tapping out early - but I have been able to power through much easier while also adding more cardio seasons sprinkled throughout the week.
Overall: Very happy so far, the weight # increase was a little concerning at first but I knew it would return to normal, and I believe the Novedex coupled with the strict adherence to the diet and lifting protocol has been a great success so far.
Looking forward to increasing weights on major lift and recomping the body 1 week at a time.

Checking in again before the long weekend (off due to stock market being closed Friday :P ). Will be trying to get to the gym and keep the diet in check through the holiday weekend
Today's workout. Ill preface it by saying I ate clean all week at abou 1400 calories a day low carb. I did binge on some fat / extra protein last night. I was feeling weak and wanted to make sure I got a good workout in before I was traveling for the holidays.
Deadlift went strong, added an extra 20 lbs on the last set. Really trying to work on form. Rest of the workout went strong. Skipped cardio the past few days I figured I would be able to get some in Fri-Sun when I get bored.
Body felt good before/after workout. Just took my 2nd dose of Novedex with lunch. 200 grams of chicken, 85gs of broc, 85gs of spinach, 50g of jalapenos. Will be fasting for routine blood work tomorrow morning. Want to see how everything is running.
While weight has increased, I have been continually trying on a pair of shorts I bought for summer to make sure they still fit. Spoiler alert they do! This keeps me sane as I am a bit of a freak when it comes to the # on the scale. Definitely feel fuller in the upper body. Bi/Tri/Shoulders especially.
Really enjoying the product and where its going with increases in the gym and in the mirror.
Hope everyone has a good Easter

Hope everyone had a happy Easter. Just got done with the gym. Not going to lie the Monday struggle after the holiday/long weekend was a little bit present in the workout today. I was able to do chest and back with a little bit of cardio at the end which all in all turned into a good day.
Was able to hit the gym and some cardio classes over the weekend all while keeping up with the Novedex 2 doses a day. Obviously the scale was a little deceiving today as I may have indulged in a little to many pies but I feel I continue to gain good mass while keeping the inches the same. My arms especially.
One more thing I meant to mention in my last post was, I have noticed an aggression when I am in the gym. It could be a placebo or what I am not sure. Nothing in my routine has really changed. But I will mention its a good aggression, not towards people but the weights in general. It has also increased my focus and determination to keep trying to beat last week and go heavier. Anyways, I must say I do enjoy the feeling.
Thanks for following!

Hey Guys,
Doing a Monday check in! Day 28 of using the Novedex. 2 more days left. So for a little recap : I have been on a cut during the time take Novedex. This morning I weighed in at 162 - I would say I was right around 159 when I started. All my clothes fit the same or better when I started so I know the weight added was good weight.
Lift wise - everything has improved. I have been able to push around more weight at the gym for a longer , more sustained amount of time which has been awesome. It's not always fun trying to improve the gains while being on decent cut. As previously mentioned I've felt more aggressive towards the weights in the gym and definitely experienced a stronger sense of self motivation to push myself.
With the dosing coming to an end I am going to plan a clean carb refeed in conjunction with it and try to get some PRs over the weekend.
This has been an awesome supplement to help increase size/strength while being on a cut and working on body recomp. I strongly recommend and will be a continued supporter of this product!
