guys now that im turning 24 im starting to realize i need to start taking anything i can to help my health down the road. Ive used maximum greens and gnc mega men my whole life. Im looking to order a nice multi from bb.com and now im wondering which one is the best for mens health? im not a hardcore bodybuilder so im pretty sure animal pak is unneccesary for me. i like orange triad but how does it compare to Source Naturals Mens Life Force Multiple? i stumbled upon them here and was intrigued by how it seemed oriented towards mens health.....

well, if you're looking at it from a health perspective, OT is a great choice for you. the immune formula in it is, well amazing. even just havine echinacea and quercetin would be great, but they go and add more..#1 selling immune formula on BB.com, so they got something right =]

OT is good for people lifting, but its aslo great for anyone who wants to improve there help.....got anything to add to that tank/pu?

i just got onesource ultimate mens multi vitamins and its pretty much the exact same as gnc mega men but alot cheaper

There is a lot in there. Your getting a multi, amino's, performance optimizers, efa's and a digestive complex. You can't fit all that in only a few pills. It's like getting 5 products in one

My vote is for Animal Pak - I went through a can and felt great, then I skipped a month and went with another brand and I can honestly tell you there's a big difference....I'm going to be 40 years old in October and while I was on animal pak I felt rejuvenated in every way...just ask the Misses !!!...lol

who here uses Liquid Vitamins and what kinds i have been taking animal pak and i am looking for somthing a little easyer I know there is a lot more in animal pak than just Vitamins. I am just looking for somthing to just throw in my Morning shake and ideas?

Grind up the animal pak in the blender with your shake.. lol could work I guess...

I currently take a liquid vitamin call ed Vemma. I like the taste and it has everything in it you could need. I am not fond of how it is marketed but I got over that.

In the near future Animal Pak will undergo a minor revision. At that time Dong Quai will be removed as well as some other ingredients, at the same time we may add some ingredients also. More information will be available as we get closer.
