I found a way to work around the ****ty summer hours. My friend works at the counter and lets me stay after the gym closes. I love when it is empty and allows me to train without a shirt, an added bonus. How many people can say they can train shirtless in their gym? I also find it easier to get the motivation to train when it is empty and there are no distractions. The only downside is I am unable to watch retards do stupid things.
But I feel weak as ****.SFW

Realized I would be cutting myself short if I moved to 5 lb increments on squat. 375 felt easy and I am looking to hit 405 before lower the increments. Also tried to cut my depth a little higher. I think that helped with the knee cave. Bench press felt good up until the last set. I haven't squatted before volume bench press in a long time so it is going to take some time to get used to.

Squat felt very heavy tonight. Knee cave was terrible on the second set. I moved my stance in on the third set just to fool around after seeing how bad it was on video. Press felt alright.

Looking to make one last 10 lb jump to 405. Then it is time to add in a light squat on Tuesday. I haven't weighed myself regularly in awhile, but last time I checked I was just over 190.
How do you take care of a puppy with work? Can you leave him home alone that long?SFW

From last night. Decided to go with front squats instead of a light back squat. Wrists and forearms felt off after front squats so press suffered. Did not want to do any more sets after how heavy the first one felt.

Was able to get this training session in before waiting for tomorrow. Squat had a couple grinders, but overall felt decent. PR on bench press, but my ass came up pretty high on the third rep. I'll probably repeat 282.5 next week. Increased deadlift by 20 lbs because I did 415 for two straight weeks.
