Looks good, but yes, I would be disappointed if it wasn't spicy as well. Allspice is like a winter spice, works in spiced cider, pumpkin pie, etc. so no, would not bring the heat. I would have reached for some cayenne or sambal for that Next time!

Yay! Never used it before so I had no clue. lol. I'l definitely try it with some cayenne next time, should add a little more kick to the sweet stuff (I mean, it has pineapple juice (22g of sugar), and more sugar on top of that, much more on the swet side). Pineapple and pork chops though, nomnomnom.
Pork is up there for me. Big on poultry (white meat mostly), and certain types of fish, but pork in general is a good one. Looove when Thanksgiving comes around, and someone makes a big fat spiral cut ham.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

So, I don't know how I got confused, but last time I did heavy Pendlay rows I thought I was supposed to be 5lbs higher. Though I did more with the higher weight than I did at this weight. I think that's just because Jay's bar is shorter so I can only put my hands so far apart, on my bar I think my grip ends up being wider. Not a big deal, just something I noticed, and wanted to mention in case someone noticed the changes in weight and/or reps.
Everything felt good today. Was having a chitty morning, so I'm glad my workout was awesome. Didn't get the ASE as a preworkout, because I was short on time, so it was a little pre, more intra. Felt the pick me up mid workout, and crushed my arms. Increased on accessories, and got 3x5 on OHPs. Also I realized I don't even need the rack to set up for it. I can flip 57lbs up to start position, even while sitting. Yay for strength improvements.
Went down on decline push ups, I was using the chair again (higher) when last time I was using my bed. It felt good though, and it's probably the better choice for a power day aiming for lower reps (while being challenging of course). Made me realize I have core strength that needs work. I was having trouble keeping myself straight.
Other Stuff: Anyone else experience some form of seasonal effective disorder? I don't get it so bad, but it's there. I love fall, but I hate how it can make me feel. As soon as I notice leaves changing I have a moment of anxiety knowing I'll be more bummed out, and anxious than usual for awhile. I already feel a bit more out of sorts, and it's not even actually fall. And yeah I know about light boxes/getting more sun, etc. This isn't a "looking for answers" thing, just a ramble about it. Of course knowing what's going on makes it easier to manage, and I still stick to routine (eating right/for my goals, lifting), I don't get into a full depression, just "off."
I wonder if it's the reason I feel more insecure (chubby) lately. Don't get me wrong, I know I'm not fat, I know my clothes still fit well, I know I haven't put on a bunch of body fat, etc. Just frustrated I guess. Like half of me wants to cut back down to 135lbs, and start a new bulk from scratch, the other half knows it's only 5lbs less than where I started bulking from, and isn't worth it at this point because I already put time into this bulk. Plus it's going to be fall/winter, and I can cover up with sweaters when I'm not feeling great. Of course I'm going to listen to the logical half, it'd just be nice to not feel so squishy. :P
Sorry for rambling. Tl;dr: Autumn makes me happy, and sad. I feel insecure. I know it's in my head, and will push through it like any other time my brain wants to be dumb.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

I don't think I did bad, they were cooked all the way, and not dried out. I like the thinner sliced ones personally, it's quick to cook, like a burger. I actually liked using the grill for it more so than the oven. The oven here (at my dad's) scares me. Chit doesn't just stop working, then start working, that thing's fluffed up. >.>
Tell her to get a meat thermometer, as long as it's the right internal temperature, you'll be fine. I had to wing it, because I don't know what the chit happened to ours, lol. They're great to have though.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling "off" - I like Fall, it's the first time all year when I can actually get away from work for longer than a few days, and of course I love everything Halloween and Christmas too so this is the beginning of awesome for me.

Yeah, yeah. I know how chitty that looks. Spent Wednesday - Friday helping Jay with the addition for his brother's place while he and his girlfriend were at the hospital having the baby. Crashed there Wednesday night on the couch which wrecked my back. Friday morning was mostly cleaning everything up for them so they wouldn't have to worry about it when they got home. A lot of bending over, and picking up awkward heavy crap. Cue more back issues. So by the time I got this workout done, I was just pleasantly surprised RDLs even happened. Wish I had my straps though, my grip wasn't doing too well, and 61lbs isn't a whole lot of weight.

Stretching
Skipped accessories, was crunched for time, and needed to make sure I had a little time to stretch out. Didn't have my ASE this whole time, because I had no clue things were going to go the way they did.
Other Stuff: My cousin threw a birthday party over the weekend (she's also a Sept birthday). I usually don't do parties, but we tend to have trouble making solid plans to hang out so we figured we'd at least stop by for a bit. We ended up staying, and to sum it up it just reaffirmed everything I don't like about hanging out with people. I don't think social anxiety is irrational at all. So yeah, next time I see her I'm telling her flat out that if she wants to hang out, it's not going to be with a butt load of people.
I do like the fall, the colors are pretty, DQ has pumpkin pie blizzards, it's a wonderful time of year. It's just the nonsense that comes along with it. >.<
Lucky. I wish it was spring again. Autumn's nice, random anxiety/depression aside, but it gets cold, and I'm not a fan of that chit.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Well, I feel loads better. Felt pretty lazy going into it, been off routine, didn't sleep so well last night. Failed the second rep on squats, but everything after that felt awesome, and it made my mood a lot better. Did the heating pad thing again today, and that helped keep my back in line. Walmart has the same kind that my dad has here for like 11 bucks so I want to get one to use at Jay's so my leg workouts feel better there too.
Glad to have the ASE again. Was using regular PWO for my last two workouts, and I forgot how much that chit bothers my stomach. ASE may not technically be a PWO, and isn't a big stim supp, but it does give you a steady boost that doesn't twist your guts. lol. Having my PWP coffee again is a plus too.
Other Stuff: Been looking into adding more music to my p3 player recently (I need a better one though, this one's alright, but only alright), Jay got me into Primer 55, so that's been my workout playlist a lot. Found out I know a bunch of Coal Chamber songs, so I have to add them too. Also trying to find mellow, pleasant stuff, because I find it helps me get through stretching better. I relax, and don't get so impatient. I have a few songs I got from Rick, and Morty, and in finding those on youtube, I found a couple others (catchy album covers in thumbnails cath my attention lol). I'm now really in love with this song "Take me Somewhere Nice" by Mogwai. It's so calm, and I just melt into the carpet.
Oh, almost forgot there's a version of "Forsaken" with Korn, and Disturbed I need to find.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

I think I sit on the edge of social anxiety and just not being tolerant of social bullchit. We've agreed to go to a friend's house for some food next month and there'll be a few other people there too. Already I am regretting it, and this is people I know! This is more around not having the emotional energy right now to deal with people and 'meaningless' conversations. I know it's meaningful to them but right now all that small talk means little to me. I think my social anxiety is worse if I am round lots of people I don't know, then my mind is preoccupied with making a good impression "do they like me?" and all that cr@p.
I hate the cold too. I had a jumper and lightweight scarf on today in the office!

It's not the small talk that bothers me, it's the dumb drama chit. I tried to stick to talking to my cousin, her girlfriend, and Jay, for the most part, but you tend to get roped into other conversations too. By the end of the night, and after talking to Jay about it afterwards I don't give a chit if some of those asshats don't like me.

I died in 20min the first time, lol. I still recommend the first one 100x more.
The one near us is dumb, and doesn't do minis (like can't you at least do mini sizes in small cups? T_T) They even have the mini cup in the window to show the sizes, they just don't actually do them. Even if they don't sell a ton, they're cups, they won't go bad if they don't sell immediately.
I mean, 570cals isn't awful especially as a cheat snack or on a bulk, but it's the principal of the matter. Most people are trying to lose/not gain weight in the warm seasons, and sometimes my stomach just doesn't want that much sugary stuff. I want the option, dammit.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Cold stone kid sizes for the win. Their pumpkin cheesecake is real good.
There was this McD's in DC that wouldn't sell you a small fry. You had to order a medium or large. You can't help the hopeless.

They need to put protein in Blizzards.
Mmmm, pumpkin cheesecake.
What about for kids meals? How would they not have small sizes for that? Once they get cold they're chit anyway, so I'd rather not have a big thing of fries that I'll not want half of.
Well, there's a lot of things, but small portion options are helpful for people trying to lose weight. Many people will have trouble stopping themselves when there's more available, as opposed to getting the smaller size and being content with what you have. Which is why I can't be trusted with a full bag of chips, lol. I think restaurants should have half portion options too, especially since most portion sizes now are huge compared what a normal portion size would be.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

A mini has like 7 grams and a small has 11, but wouldn't be awesome if I could hand them a scoop of PWP to blend in?

That's dumb. It's still money for the company, McD's doesn't give a chit.
Went to look it up, and it seems like they only have them in a few states. Including VA though, so I'll have to keep that in mind if we ever head that way again.
Yaaaas! I mean sure, I can get ice cream, various add-ins, a blender, and make "Blizzards" myself with PWP, but then I have to make it.
Oh, and I've been way too into milkshakes from Stewart's lately. I noticed the sign said they'll make it however, so I asked for Colombian coffee plus chocolate, and it's way too damn good. Probably pretty close to Blizzard cals, but omg.

Apparently we don't have enough of them though. >.<
Haha, yeah I could see mine being a little neglected sometimes. Which is why I'd also need a pack of mason jars to make some to refrigerate/freeze so I don't have to make them every time I want to. That goes more for smoothies though. While I probably wouldn't make so many milkshakes, I'd love to make smoothies. Given how the food situation here can be sometimes, having fruits and veggies I can freeze and make protein smoothies from would help me get in a bit more micros.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs
