Sup brahs. Just flicking through my journal(s) and I see I've been having roughly 6 consecutive weeks of PR's in weighted dips, chins, flat DB press and shoulder press. Strong program. Aiming for chins with BW+60kgx3 within the next month or two. I'm at 40kg for 6 or 7 so far. Looking to build lats that I can fly away on

this is the misc lol. if you actually lift anything heavier than a headset to play online games then you are in the minority here. you want 2 serious sections? Exercise Section and PL/SM Section. i dont post much in the PL section but i do love watching them tear up retards that go in there sometimes lol.

What up Strength Crew? managed to get some pretty decent weights up this week.
Weighted Dips: 145x1(not a max i dont think, going to try that next session)
Weighted Pullup: 90x1 got a 100x0 right after lol
Front Squat: 255x1 meh
Back Squat: 325x2, 300x5(3 sets)
OHP: 190x5
Barbell Rows: 300x5x5
failing alot lately but definitely making progress! <----- you can only say this about

all this speak of deloads....i was planning for one this week...but will take one in a few weeks time...running a very basic 5x5 workout...
If i get all reps, the next week i increase it, work at 90% of 5rm...start modest and work my way up..
