Second week on con-cret and my explosiveness and strength have been on fire.
Bench press b4 con-cret 245 x 5 reps
Hammer Strength incline 200 x 8 reps
Smith Machine incline 180 x 5 reps
Bench press today w/ con-cret 255 x 5 reps.
Hammer Strength incline 230 x 8 reps.
Smith Machine incline 200 x 5 reps.

Yesterday I got my best bench press in almost three years! I have been logging Con-Cret and I went to the gym yesterday after taking three capsules. I did my normal warmup and then it was off to the bench press. I was a little worried that I would only max like 255 since I started cutting and have lost some size and strength. I started with 135x8 for a warm up, then I went to 225x1, 245x1, 275x1, and then I maxed at 285. I had to give it everything I had but I got it up. I was flexing all my muscles so hard I actually got charlie horses in my legs lol. My new PR is all thanks to Con-Cret!! I was skeptical about Con-Cret at first but the stuff is legit and the blue raspberry kind is awesome!!

Wow! I didn't know this thread existed, as it was buried a few pages deep
I've been training with Con-Cret for a little over a month and have smashed previous PR's.
Anyway, I hit a PR this past Tuesday: I squatted 245x5. It might not sound impressive, but if you saw my chicken legs you'd be pumped too!

One PR I can remember during my CON-CRET log was decline tri-ext w/EZ Curl Bar w/110 lbs, strict form, all tri's.
I just got the blue raz flavor (log was pineapple) so I'm sure that PR will be replaced with a new one.

Currently logging BETA-CRET by Promera, which contains CON-CRET...Yesterday I hit a Personal Record on dumbbell shrugs! Right now I lift at home, and my dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds each. With this limiting factor, the only other way to advance and keep moving forward is to up the number of reps. Raising the reps each workout is NOT easy! Since I started Beta-Cret, I have been able to move my reps on shrugs up quite consistently. Yeasterday, after I had done my dumbbell rows, I was ready to hit traps (my favorite muscle group). I love doing dumbbell shrugs, so that's obviously the weapon I used to tear up my traps. First set of my dumbbell shrugs, I hit 55 reps! High rep dumbbell shrugs feel awesome! My reps on shrugs can be attributed to Beta-Cret/ Con-Cret! I take 2 scoops in 8 ounces of water, 10 minutes before I lift!

After a full month of using Con-Cret here are some of my PR that I recorded :
Squat : Before = 235lbs 3x6 2 pause sets
After= 265lbs 3x6 2 pause sets
Bench Press : Before = 185lbs 3x6 2 pause sets
After = 215lbs 3x6 2 pause sets
I'm really enjoying what I'm getting out of this I can't wait to see further results.
