Have you thought about cleaning up your walk-out a little? You take lots of small steps. Consider a 3-step walkout. Small step straight back with the right foot. Step into position with the left foot. Step into position with the right foot. Squat.
5 lb jump at that weight for SQ and DL is a pretty big move. Well done.PL Journal:
