Quick question - I may have thrown some of my older bottles away, but I can get the online receipts from bodybuilding.com. Am I allowed to just send in the receipts instead? (thought I saw something about that on the first page)

No, as receipts are required if you pulled off the labels off of the bottle instead of cutting it out with the plastic attached or sending the whole bottle with UPC label still intact. Overall you can't just send in receipts alone.

When you send them in make sure to leave a note inside with your shipping address as well as contact information phone number and email just in case we need to get in touch with you as well. Also note any 3 full size product of your choice but they all have to be 3 different product not just the same one but different flavors.

What exactly isn't working for you? That the calculator doesn't read some of your labels? If so send me a private message with the numbers and I will tell you.
