This isn't really a program, exactly, as it doesn't include all of the necessary information

What can you replace chin ups with for someone that doesn't have access to the equipment?

What do you have access to? A pull up bar is a very standard and arguably essential piece of equipment.

The lat pulldown machine mentioned above...I can't imagine a "gym" that would have a lat pull machine but not have the ability to do chins

I would start at 115 for squat/bench and add 5 lbs to them per session.

195 for deads and add 10 lbs per session with them.

If you don't know things like this you should be following a complete novice routine that lays everything out, not this, whatever this is

Building muscle is a matter of getting stronger (in a reasonable rep range, let's call it between 1 and 20 reps) while gaining bodyweight and eating enough protein.

You're 16, if you drink milk and jerk off 5 times a day you'll build muscle.

@tanlejia Just use regular Stronglifts 5x5 with added accessory work, such as barbell curls, chin-ups, dips, some triceps work and of course rear delt exercises, preferably face pulls. Do exercise at least 3 times a week, as suggested in the original post, which is pretty good at summing up the bugs in routines like these. You will build your body and strength at the same time.

Do you think practicing doing body weight versions (with the exercises that are applicable) first are smart to just get the form down?

You get form down by working with the actual exercise. If it uses a barbell, you need to use a barbell (or stick...) to get the form down. And you have to use at least a certain minimum resistance or it doesn't really matter

    So, no

    You're doing what???

Most gyms have assisted chin-ups stations

You can also do negatives, jump up to the bar and then fight against falling back down.

Or you can simply use the lat pull-down

    Something else you can do...

    Deadlifts 1x5
Optional: 15-20 reps of dips, 3x8 tricep work

Would not that be better or at least acceptable if chin ups were done on B days after deadlift? Because on A days it seems Rows and chins may overlap while on B days there very little back work, despite 1*5 deadlift

He hasn't posted in years, and lacks specific direction(s) that many or most novices are likely to need, anyway
