All I see in your post are some irrelevant stats from a previous version of Beltre. Congrats on keeping someone who used to be a top 3B.

Last year was the start of his downfall. He's turning 39 in April and can't stay healthy now.

Not gonna spend a lot of time arguing this since all of these guys are quality players (hence the whole point of the discussion in the first place), but compare Seager's last few years with Beltre's - I think you'll be surprised. Seager is boring to own but he's one of the safest high floor guys you'll find. Also the M's lineup is pure filth this year. Dee, Segura, Cano, Cruz, Seager and I think Haniger makes the leap. Seager's in line for a nice 25 90 90 season at a minimum I think.

Seager is pretty mediocre boyo. I’ve owned him before too.

Bregman I’ll give you I would do that trade because of age

Ramirez is more of a wait and see, not an automatic yes, but not saying no either

Seager absolutely not. Inferior across the board.


Of course there’s nothing to discuss this is all opinion. It’s not all talk though I’m being upfront with you who I would and wouldn’t deal Beltre for. If you want to be rustled I wouldn’t deal for Seager too bad brah, not my problem.

The Braves could go a few different directions as they attempt to bolster different aspects of their club. But in relation to the possibility of adding a third baseman, there is no doubt they are only looking at short-term options. They do not want to make an acquisition that could block rising prospect Austin Riley or erase the possibility of making a serious bid to buy Manny Machado or Josh Donaldson off next year's free-agent market.

I admitted Braves aren't offering Teheran to the Yankees or anyone else for that matter. It's not because they want to keep him. It's because they would essentially have to give him away for free. Now that's a FACT.
