CM and I went through a ton of Labrada Lean Pro8 and Cutler Nutrition Protein years ago. BB.com used have great deals on them.

Started with two capsules of Doctor's Best Curcumin last night.

Two capsules of Doctor's Best Curcumin didn't sit well on stomach with one dose. Split them into two doses and no problem.

Never tried anything from BPI, not that I can remember, aside from some of their protein bars a few years ago. Is their protein powder tasty?

It tasted really good with organic skim milk but was kind of blah with Fairlife skim milk. I need to give it a little more time with the Fairlife though since that is what I drink the majority of the time.

I am on poverty calories right now, so when I do have a protein shake it is usually mixed in water. I like anything Dymatize in water, and this new ON Whey & Oats Blueberry Muffin I bought a while ago tastes pretty good in water as well. Most other powders I tried so far are kinda bland in water.

I don't even remember the last time I have had protein powder in water. Mixed in oatmeal or with Fairlife skim milk is the way to go for me. As you said, the majority taste very bland in water.

Fairlife is good stuff. I've been using Horizon now. Apparently there's a video on Fairlife about the way they get their milk. I haven't seen it but there was a big commotion about it.

Picked up on a training mask on Amazon today. I have always wanted to try one while doing cardio. I do realize that it does not make new red blood cells like living at high altitudes.

Went on a spin bike and nearly passed out with the Training Mask on (only one valve in). Holy **** that was hard to breath. Couldn't even make it to 2 minutes without having to pull mask up to breath.

I could take out the one valve and make it easier to breath. I am a bit stubborn and am going to try just to build up my respiratory system over time. It is a fun training tool to have in a gym. Variety makes training for a lifetime much more mentally stimulating for me.

I can never understand the guys who bench and curl the same weight since high school and just maintain that training program. I would be bored out of my mind.

Horizon and several other organic milk manufacturers are making higher protein milk now. Not as high by a gram or two as fairlife but good. I buy one now that’s the same price as fairlife but organic, grass fed, certified humane and higher protein. Even without that video I would of bought the one I am using.

i bounce between organic valley choco and fairlife choco. If i grocery shop in whole foods, organic valley is the fairlife competitor... if in marianos (kroger) then fairlife is the go to.

Organic Valley has a high protein organic milk now. 11g of protein and only $4 here. That’s a great choice.

organic valley's high protein chocolate milk's chocolate flavor seriously does taste more "natural" than fairlife too.

btw. whole foods 365 value peanut butter is freakin delicious.

It was outstanding with organic skim milk. So far just average with Fairlife skim milk.
