babyslayer if you could go back in time and hit the squats a little less heavy so you dont get your leg injury, would you?
cuz srsly when i see peeps like you pushing that massive weight i cant help but think, bro, push massive weight like that on the LEG PRESS MACHINE to build leg muscles but when it comes to squatting, squat a weight thats like very easy for you that you COULD do 20 reps of and just do 10 clean reps because jeeze getting leg injuries while squatting sucks
also you injured your chest or bicep doing bench presses? yet again id say u must have been benching a weight that you couldnt do 8 clean reps of with solid form. you were probably like cheat forming or bounce pressing with way overlord max weight. if you could go back in time and change that would you (use less weight, better form etc)
i bet doing overmaxed weights probably didnt contribute too much to your size. but the injuries now probably lower your size potential

i hardly workout and eat like ****, if you thought looks were my goal then youd be wrong. however when they were my goal, i looked good, and when being strong was my goal i was strong.
yes iam fat and far from a bodybuilder, but if you cant tell im many years ahead of everyone you know in terms of development your crazy. it would take a few months with a decent diet to take everyone like you who only notices bodyfat and get you all saddled up on my dick.
and thank you for comparing me to trey

Lol at all the "why" and "what's the point comments."
Quick easy answer -> he wants to
Why do guys get tattoos and piercings all over their body? They want to.
Why do boxers and fighters put their bodies and minds through hell? Because they want to.
Only the misc would give a guy who lifts crap about it

my honest advice for you would be this i think its a risky move trying to get into powerlifting
you already injured your legs once u dont wanna risk it again doing heavy DL's and squats
you can probably still be super huge doing machines only for leg/back muscles and have no chance of injuring yourself again
you could train super heavy doing machines for legs/back, avoiding DL's and squats, and keep your massive size then maintain a 20% bodyfat which should still allow you to eat decent foods everyday
with your massive size, at 20% bodyfat youd probably still have a ripped lean looking physique that you could maintain without steroids since your not trying to get to 10% bodyfat.
so you keep your massive size and still have a ripped looking body meaning you could probably easily land a gigg being a fitness model (with huge ass arms) make youtube vids n shieet showing off your massive bench presses and working out then like hell i dunno how it works make youtube videos showing off your body sayin "id like to be a fitness model work in the field maybe promote supplements any people out there wanna give me a job talk to me brah" who knows u mite have a shot with such massive arms
keep your huge size, be like 20% bodyfat and have videos of you bench pressing 405lbs for reps and you should be able to get some kind of sponsorship modelling deals

do you think you have OCD and/or a strong case of body dysmorphic disorder?
i was fat as ****, got shredded, then got big again, same weight as when i was fat, much leaner though, but still wanted to get lean again
big nowhere close to you, started out 230, cut to 175, bulked to 260, cut back down to 220ish, and maintainingYou don't need a reason to help people.
RIP Zyzz & Greg Plitt, my two biggest inspirations.
