I think I get you. So if you wanted to add an accessory lift to bring up a weak point you could use a higher rep range? Or for example with squatting 3 times a week, Mon 5x5, Wed 4x10, Fri 5x5?

Something like that can be very workable, as long as you can establish a proper workload. You will need 1rm calculators to give you an idea of where you want to be weight-wise on the squats compared to your 5x5 days. With working other lifts in once a week it is easier to establish normal working weights as they are going to use pretty simple progression.

I'd imagine it might be difficult at first to achieve the proper weight/rep ratio. Problems with using a lot of different exercises or structures simultaneously is the difference in exertion. As in, you may be unknowingly utilizing less effort on one type of program/exercise choice than on the other. Making proper progression somewhat difficult.

But I'd love to hear Jason's ideas on it.

Okay, so it may be harder to achieve linear progression with using varying rep ranges on different days? It's just, I find it quite difficult squatting 5x5 3x a week using maximal effort. So instead of doing a 4x10, it would be wiser to maybe 1/3 day move a lighter load?

As an intermediate natural I would recommend a slightly lighter day for one of the 5x5 days anyway, with the load reduced about 10% (some would say more but you are getting a lot less CNS stress from the 3rd day being metabolic work anyway).

It can be problematic but not if you are careful. Then again I don't like mixed training like this for the novice anyway, and by the time one is an intermediate they have enough experience to better assess their strength level at various rep ranges and judge their limits a bit better.

Sh!t that would be one hell of a approach if you'd do that. A channel like that would probably become massively popular. Weird but awesome stuff like that always sells like crazy. Heck, I'd do it myself if I could pull it off, but I don't have the look, nor the skill to pull of such an accent.

I think a mask prop is easy enough to make for it to look good enough. Lol, I'm just guessing, but I wouldn't surprised if stuff like that is on eBay.

As for the voice. I think all you need to do is hit the accent. The rest should be doable with commercial audio editing software. Might need to approach someone who knows what they are doing though. But you got to agree that it would be freaking awesome.

I loved the movie, and it was pretty epic overall, but yeah an IFBB pro would have been awesome for the role for the look at least.
