Buy some thin adhesive backed uhmw strips from McMaster Carr and line the inside parts of the hooks that wrap around the posts.

Really nice. On spread. The paint is it semi gloss or gloss.? I am in the processing restoring Body masters 45 degree hyper. The frame is white and pads are blue in color. But will replace the pads with black ones. For paint not yet decided to go with flat white or semi gloss.
Well, power coating is another option as well but did not get the quote yet for that. If I go with power coating route then need to get the decals as well as Made in USA sticker as well.
Someone in cost no objects did restore BM plate loaded tricep machine by powder coating frame and ordering the decals from fastdecal.[M]===[6]▪ Mech6 Crew #35 ▪[M]===[6]

Found 1700lbs of Troy interlocking to go along with my previous 1600lbs. Obviously had to paint these as well!
2 coats of Painter's Touch Flat Black
Rustoleum Metallic Silver with a foam brush for the letters/numbers.
Picked up a Cybex plate tree to handle some of these and my plate storage on my rack is nice and full.

Tremendous. Is the small paint can in the second pic what you used on the lettering? Metallic Silver is what I used in the past and comes out great. Pic is too small but I believe that's the same product.
Well done. Came out great.▪█──────█▪ Equipment Crew #64 ▪█──────█▪

Thanks. Yes, it's the Cybex Converging Shoulder Press and a matching Cybex Converging Chest Press. Got a really good deal on both and their footprints are relatively small. The pickup was about the easiest ever...they were dock height and we slide both pieces into my pickup's bed and they fit perfectly. I've been looking for a Hammer shoulder, but stuff ain't cheap in my area.
I picked up a Hammer Pullover and Hammer leverage leg press and ended up selling both within a few weeks.
Then got a 45° Hammer Linear Leg Press and Hammer Ground Based Squat-Lunge to take their place...still have both of those.
Then got a Streamline Chest Supported T-Bar Row...which is really nice.
Then got a UCS GHD to replace my Rogue Abram 2.0 GHD.
I'm pretty happy with the stuff I have right now...but I feel I could really use a Lat Pulldown/Low Row. I like my Hammer Front Lat Pulldown...but that would probably go to make room for one. And of course, I need to fill my damn dumbbell gaps.Garage Gym Owner

IN your picture 2825...remove those springs on the bottom and replace with this: http://www.fullcirclepadding.com/cat...23145&p=CYW412
Those springs arent going to hold up. Or just find some thick rubber and cut it in to a circle and drill a hole in it...either way...better than those springs.

Rogers Pendulum Vertical Chest Facelift
About 3 months back, I purchased 4 older style Rogers Pendulum chest machines at auction. I sold 3 and, after all expenses, ended up getting one for free.
These machines were probably 8-10 years old with normal wear and tear. I decided to restore mine with new black powder coat to match my other 5 Rogers Pendulum pieces. I replaced the majority of the hardware, new grips, as well as 8 new bearings on the linkage bar.
So after quite a bit of effort, I ended up with an almost new Pendulum machine for free.
Original condition was pretty good, but had some scratches and dings to the powder coat.
The older design had V-style bracing for support.
The older Rogers Pendulum vertical chest had a 5th storage weight horn.
Replaced the bearings on the linkage bar connecting the pushing arm to the loading arm. Not the best design using this type/size bearing in this location. All of the other bearings on the machine are huge and didn't need replacing.[]---[] Equipment crew member #51 []---[]

I just got a few pads done by the lady who originally did all the Nebula pads in Ohio. After posting my beat-up Nebula Chest Fly photos on IG, Tom E. contacted me and said he could give me her contact info. Thanks Tom!
I got the Chest Fly back pad done, both rollers and then decided to get my Skullcrusher pad done as well. The skullcrusher pad was ripped in two spots and was pink. I requested to get the signature nylon on the sides of the pads and they look perfect! I'm thrilled with these...she still has most(all?) of the original sketches of the pads in a notebook with all the dimensions....pretty cool.

That's awesome to be able to get the original pads from her. Both of the local upholstery shops that I've used for pads have both closed leaving me looking for new sources. Both did excellent work and were considerably less expensive than Full Circle or some of the other better known places.
Now OK for Sig line to be a novel

These prices seemed very good. I don't know the prices for the individual items since I was only given a single price for all 4 items including shipping. I sent her the rollers and she reupholstered them, but the two back pads were completely new. All in, it was maybe $215 shipped I think. Full Circle looks to be about $140 shipped for just a Hammer Strength nylon-edge back pad (seems relatively equivalent to the 1000 Nebula pad).
I will definitely use her again...I really like the nylon-edged pads, the quality was great and great communication.Garage Gym Owner
