Been out of pre-workout the last couple days, ordered some, so I’ve been having some green tea. Decided to mix my creatine in it this morning with honey. BAD IDEA.
For some reason it upset my stomach and well...you know what comes next.
Fukin threw up violently. Wtf
Was it the tea or honey? I know it’s not the creatine by itself because I’ve been taking creatine for years. It has to be that concoction for some reason.

Honey can cause a stomach ache, I think it's because it's high in fructose even though it's considered ''healthy.'' I take ''Amino Energy'' for a pre workout. I've tried recently some non-caffeine types of pwo's and they made me feel sick.

True. I just realized that if we're keeping with the 5-day work week, then if we didn't work Mondays, we'd have to work on Saturdays. Given that choice, I'd want to work Mondays over Saturdays.Originally Posted by mgftp
