Yea...It's still crazy which is good, but it does get tiring sometimes. We are completely booked out until this Friday. Better a lot of work than none lol.

i know i said i would start logging my meals today, but today's a holiday in ontario (family day), and i also had to have some fasted bloodwork done this morning, so i don't have a whole lot of eating to report for today yet lol (whey shake and 2 eggs thus far).

but i do need to get my nutrition back on track. started a new job back in december which has me doing insane hours with the commute (it's pretty far from where i live). been resorting to taking more MRPs in place of actual food cuz of how little time i have to cook and prep meals now, which i hate. hope to get some meal ideas from anyone else with similar lifestyles/schedules.

question for all of you....how the hell do you make salmon taste good? was never a fan of fish but need to start eating some since my HDL cholesterol sucks ass (very low). Also wanna start eating it 2-3 times a week for lunch or dinner.

Yes I do and in the summer its not a problem, but I hate grilling when its 10 degrees and windy.

had a physical today and my doctor said you need to eat more fish, nuts, flaxseeds, etc...so i told him that I take fish oil pills everyday. This guy blew up and said "That's a supplement!! you need to eat the real foods!!. you're not getting enough omega 3's by just popping pills." guess he has a point.

i love mesquite or dill seasoning with salmon. really filling too; one of my favourite cutting foods.
