repeat. This seems best for both recovery and getting things done around the house. I think my training enthusiasm is better as well.

Great enjoyment of my carb up. I had rice, bread, potatoes, fruit, pizza, ice cream too.
My weight is 276 after the refeed. Now it’s five days of no carbs *salads, green veggies are ok* but mainly it’s meat and eggs.
Today is a rest day and school is almost out for the summer. I’ve got a bunch of grass to mow this week.
Tomorrow is chest, back, shoulders…
Yesterdays training was arms first, took 25-30 min at most, then about 45 min on legs and calves. It’s gotten to the point where I can wake up and predict my weight. Nailed it on the dot this am. 275.
