if youre talking about StarChem Labs Armageddon, youre mistaken, it is not creatine. it is a pre-workout with a useless amount of Creatine Mono. in it.

I just got finished with a stack of Green Bulge/White Blood (essentially the pill forms of green mag/white flood, I think??). I was VERY happy with the results.

Accompanied with a bulk I put on 11 lbs in about 8 weeks, and my dead lift 1rm went form 365 to 415 (feel like I could have pulled more), Back squat is up to 275x5 DEEP (also feel like I could have had more) and front squat is up to 225x6 (did 225x5 today after pyramidding up after back squats AND front squats). Flat DB press is up to 85x6, as well (from about 75x5). All stats at current weight of 152. Supps were taken exactly as directed. 5 green bulge/day and 3 white blood on training days (mon-fri).

Strength has gone way up, as you can see. Can this be solely contributed to the CEE and NO stack from CL? I don't know. But personally I feel like it definitely had a lot to do with it.

To the boys at CL, great job. I will probably give some more of your products a shot.

SizeOn is working great for me, I noticed results on day 2. The Lemon Ice flavor is pretty good, but tastes even better with a bit of lemon flavored drink mix thrown in (kool-aid, gatorade, etc).

im going for green mag as well...i took size on before and i felt somewhat bloated although each person may not experience the same thing...i am on white flood...purple wraath...and green mag...love controlled labs products...cant be beat!!!

This summer im planning to start a stack of creatine I can decide though... Cellmass or Creckic Caps if i do the cellmass i will also do the N.O. Explode or Superpump 250 with it.

So which creatine and which preworkout N.O.?

Superpump + Size On. I never had any gains from Cell Mass. it was a waste.

Cell-tech Hardcore worked best for me, which was surprising, considering most MT products are bull**** propaganda. An unpleasant surprise has been Green Magnitude. I've been taking it for the past month and a half and have seen very little results. I was disappointed cuz I heard nothing but good reviews, and I love most of Controlled Labs other products (Orange Triad!! Buy it!!). I'm about to start using Universal Storm pretty soon so if anyone has used that and it worked well/sucked ass let me know.

I see alot of people praising size on by Gaspari, i was thinkng about taking the tabs to stay away from the xtra sugar and carbs. Do the tabs work just as good as the powder?

I personally really like this stuff called "Anabolic Switch". I used to always use the white Creatine Monohydrate powder from Optimum or Twinlab I think. Anyways, the stuff gave me an upset stomach sometimes, took a while to feel it set in before a workout, etc. This Anabolic Switch stuff is supposed to be a better type of creatine and I feel a major difference on it! Within 30 minutes of drinking it, I feel it in my system totally and feel amped to work out. Anyone else tried my same creatine before?

CellMass (the post-litigation AVPT formula) is the only creatine I've ever tried, so it is difficult to measure the effectiveness. The taste is amazing and it seems to be a potential source of my greater-than-usual gains, but it's time to try something new.

I'm having a hard time deciding between Clout and SizeOn. How bad of an idea is it to use both SizeOn with (Clout or CellMass)? As it seems they are two different kinds of creatine (monohydrate vs CEE) and used at different times (during workout vs pre-bedtime/pwo). It seems this would put a bit of stress on the kidneys... Would it be overkill?

Additionally, CellMass has some recovery elements in it as well as Clout. What type of recovery products do you stack with your creatine? Like Xtend or Purple Wraath? I'm still using MHP Glutamine-SR which has been an AMAZING staple for me since starting lifting.

Please go easy on me. Still learning :P

were you on another creartine directly before? if so, dont expect a huge jump as you were already saturated from previous usage

unless your trying to cut weight, the carbs are a must, its one of the ingredients that keeps you fueled and kicking a@# right up to the end of your workout

give it a few weeks to fully kick in and make sure to take it on off days too. 8 ounces is the sweet spot for many.

I've used Primaforce CEE for awhile, it has seemed to work fairly well for me but I think I might change it up and look for something better.
