GameStop Cancels PS4 Ghost Edition of Destiny, But Makes It Right for the Customer



As you might have heard, GameStop is canceling a certain number of preorders for the PlayStation 4 Ghost Edition of Destiny due to limited supplies and excessive demand for the game.

Instead of simply canceling those preorders and delivering players with regular versions of the game, GameStop is attempting to make things right by including a “free” copy of the regular PS4 game version in addition to a copy of the PS3 version of the Ghost Edition.

In doing so, players who preordered the PS4 Ghost Edition will receive and experience all of the extra digital content that comes with the Ghost Edition, such as Golden Age Relics and other bonus items for the PlayStation 4.

The PS3 version of the game itself is for players to keep, give away, or even trade-in at GameStop.

With service like this, how can we go on hating GameStop? Well, lots of reasons actually, but they’re doing something right here.

So you pay $100 for the premium package, they don't have enough so they refund your $100 and send you a free copy of the regular $60 game + all the downloadable content + a PS3 game? It seems you would be lucky to get that.

I can confirm, on Survivor I'd head out the window of the store you crashed into on Alone and Forsaken. I took em' out like a pro, twice (S & S+).

Completed TLOU on normal recently, been going through slowly since and doing it on hard. First time round I was engrossed in the story and just wanted to know how it ended.

My friend wants to borrow it from me and give me Battlefield at the same time, worth it or should I just stick to replaying TLOU on higher levels?

Rockstar San Diego staffing up for Red Dead Redemption 2?



The developer behind Red Dead Redemption has posted a listing for a series of new job openings, fuelling speculation that the studio is working on a follow-up to its seminal Wild West action-adventure title.

Rockstar San Diego has approximately 37 new job openings up for grabs, indicating it is looking to strengthen its team for an as-yet unannounced project.

Could this be Red Dead Redemption 2? Anything is possible at this point, though it’ll probably be a while before we hear anything from the horse’s mouth, so to speak.

Rumors have been circulating for a while now that Red Dead Redemption 2 is on the cards, following the critical and commercial success of the original game, released back in 2010.
