the scale may have been a fluke. that's why I like to weight myself more than just once a week....gives you better accuracy. or is it precision? i think accuracy. either way you could probably eat more lol

If this is for real then I definately need to eat more but remember, everyones different.
Yeah cooldown. My coach always calls it a warm down so thats why I always call it that.
It may of been a fluke but 3.5 pounds is alot. A pound of that could be real weight lost but if its really 3.5 pounds, wow, im ordering large pizzas everynight. I was weighing myself everyday like you do but I cant do that because it screws with my head. Im gonna weigh myself tomorrow and the next day to get a more accurate reading and if I stay around 143.5 like it said I weighted this morning im definately gonna jack up the calories.
Track Update:
So the meet for tomorrow was cancelled so ill just be having a practice tomorrow and I guess Ill do Shoulders/Traps tomorrow on schedule. Also, Friday night we're scheduled to get alot of snow so the NYC meet is in question for this Saturday so if thats cancelled then I would end up having my scheduled Leg Day also. We shall see.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney

Weren't you having crazy water weight swings before though? Only purpose for my tanita scale.. if my weight jumps up while saying I'm dropping in bodyfat, it's an obvious water weight spike.
BTW, my weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs all the time. I probably walk around most of the time at 175-177 after the weekend activities, but by friday after eating better and working hard I'll be back to 174My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=112190371

I doubt it was a fluke being down that much weight. Again you don't eat nearly enough food for your activity level.
As for fidelitas, it's perfectly fine for me to try and help him out. He's been in my journal a ton doing the same also. I think we can relate to each-other alot, and it certainly helps me when he stops by in my thread to set me straight.I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)

Not trying to hate bro, cause you give good advice, and I don't know where his priorities are, but he DOES need to do 2 miles to stay loose for a meet the next day. It really depends how important the race is to him.
Rest is very important though so take it whenever you can.ENCLAVE

Comments:
I only had 1 PR today so I had to up the workload some way. It matched my PRs for every exercise for at least 2 sets. Doing 2 sets of 8 with 55 pounds DBs was very difficult and intense on Seated DB Press. My face was beat red and the weights took forever to get up. Everything else was great. The Shrugs hit my Traps nicely.
Track practice was pretty brutal but not too bad. 600 meters to warmup, 2 mile run, another 2 mile run, some sprint work, and a quick 300 meter cooldown. I got one more page of my 6 page paper to do tonight. Its gonna take forever because I cant think of anything else to write. Its on the debate of obese people vs fast food nation. I already hit all the strong points like its not just the food but sedentary lifestyles and the rest of their diet along with genetics. I also added information on trans fats and how people actually have the right to choose if they want to eat fast food or not and that they do have healthy options. Dammit, I cant think of anything else.

Yeah i know. It was funny that I actually set the date for when this paper was to be due for everyone. The teacher asked the class, "When do you want this paper due?" And I blurted out, "The Friday before Christmas break". Not a very wise decision.

Ok, so todays track practice was brutal. Started it with a 1/2mile warmup, then a 1 mile sprint(basically race pace mile), then 4 miles running, then another race pace mile, the a 1/2 mile cooldown. 7 miles total with 2 of the miles being at 100% intensity. Saying im exhausted right now would be an understatement. Maybe my coach was pissed because the NYC meet was cancelled? IDK. I was gonna do legs tomorrow but im gonna actually do something smart and rest tomorrow and hit them Sunday.
Snow continues to fly outside my house. We're scheduled to get 6-12'' of snow before it stops, then Sunday night another foot, then Christmas Eve another foot. White Christmas FTW!!! FTL!!!Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney

congrats on finishing the paper; it's probably true that fast food is ok if you can fit it in your macros, plus there are some decent options that are offered; yeah, i know what you mean about the schedule of the paper, you want to push it off but when it comes around at the end, you just want to go to break and screw it; enjoy christmas break; the weather here is crazy in tennessee, it's like 70 and sunny today and on sunday it's going to be about 30 and maybe snowing, lol

Thanks man, paper was very difficult to finish but I got it done. Weather has been like that here but finally its just sticking to one extreme even though its the worst.
Yeah seriously, running took alot out of me today and I know my legs wont be 100% tomorrow due to it so im gonna give them 48 hours of full recovery.
Weight Update:
So like I said I was gonna weigh in for the next 3 days after the sudden weight loss and my weight stuck right around 143. It was 142.6 Wed, 143.5 Thur, and today it was 143.1. I dont know if my scale is just screwed up or what.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney

Maybe it isnt the scale. It randomly went up to 148 one week in October, then dropped down yo about 145 after about 2 weeks. It was slowly rising again until it got to 146 where I was last week and then, boom, 3 pounds gone 143.
Probably gonna start that my metabolism seems fresh once again.
Yeah, I probably burned about 800 calories during practice but the afterburn from the intensity will probably raise that also.
Strong reintroduction. Will do.Instagram: instagram.com/zackfeeney
