Terrible but once you’re in self care cooking for yourself it’s good, some of the guys that have done a lot of jail cook some of the best food I’ve ever had srs. I’m talking 5 Star fine dining level

there are heaps of bad junkies in straya, but I'll never forget seeing a dude take a shot of meth in the neck on one of my first days. Junkies gonna junk. Oh and guys using a plug from their thong (flip flops for you americans) and a hollowed out bic pen as a syringe.

Yeah you wear greens. When working in the community we just wore normal work clothes and boots, but the normal clothes are black or green shorts, green shirt, green jumpers, jackets, green everything really

Nope but I will say, I met some of the strongest and fittest guys I've ever come across in prison

Nah no regrets, I was always going to jail and I plead guilty at the earliest opportunity so got my 25% discount and copped it on the chin (no pun intended)
