Boyo get some context.
I've been benching with proper depth for about 4 months,
I weigh about 50,000 pounds less than you and
I've only recently begun back squatting.
The only exercise I've consistently done is the deadlift, which is pretty decent for my body weight. I recognize I've things to work on (flexibility and leg strength). You on the otherhand are doing a weird ass exercise with an extremely rounded lower back. You call it a squat variant yet your feet aren't even fully stabilized on the platform. Explain to me how tis' that you possibly think this is a good idea.
Also for working out for 14.5 years you look like absolute ****. Congrats on wasting over a decade of your life.

You're going a little too far there bud. Sometimes, criticism can be helpful, especially when it's concerning your well-being. I advise you to read over what was posted, and to think carefully about the critiques. And if you keep saying stupid stuff when responding, you'll just be adding fuel to the fire
