Hey Nutra-bros, been a long time since my Test-tropin stack last summer figured I should put an app up since I finished my 25 week cut in August and have been lean bulking in the mean time.

Location: Long Island, NY
Stats (Age, Height, Weight): 20 (21 on the 11th), 5'10", 183lbs
Current Training Split:
Westside Barbell 4-day split
Sunday DE Bench - 10x3 speed work pendulum wave 50/55/60% of 1RM across a 3 week period, followed up by sticking point training up to a heavyish triple, DB work, tricep accessories, and a vertical back movement
Monday ME Squat/DL - squat variation with box set at below/parallel/above with or without bands, a DL variation with bands or a deficit, a heavyish GM, followed up a SLDL/RDL movement, seated curls, abs, and GHR
Wednesday ME Bench - board variation (1, 2, or 3), illegal wide, floor press, or CGBP as max effort movement, followed up by max rep DB work/incline BB/CGBP heavy, then more tricep accessories such as JM Press and Pushdowns, and a shoulder movement in the form of Klokov press/push press/side lateral/front raise
Friday DE Squat/DL - 10x2 speed work with bands off a parallel box, building greater force, same 50/55/60% pendulum style as bench, then followed up by 8x1/6x2/4x3 rotated throughout the wave (mix of deficit sumo, banded pulls, sumo pulls), horizontal back movement like DB row or bent-over BB row, trap work, grip training, and biceps
Training Goals:
Push my total upwards of 1300+ in the next few years while maintaining around the 181-198 weight classes. Might push the envelope and see how strong I get at >200 but for now pound for pound strength is the intended goal.

Regardless of if I win this stack, I push myself harder than I should in the gym. I'm tired of being that skinny little lanky kid, and want to be known as "that big f****er!". But this stack would help me get there NO DOUBT.
Resting, I rolled the sh!t outta my ankle playing basketball yesterday. Hurting like crazy, but I'll still be in the gym tomorrow doing what I can. Suck I might have to miss leg day Wednesday depending, but ill live.
