Solid looking breakfast man! Congrats on the PR on leg curls. I thought that running the day after leg day was horrible!

Gained 3 lbs this week so I guess I'm officially bulking. Weighed in at 196.8. I know it's largely water weight etc but still a bit of a shocker to see especially given I used to be fat. I hope I don't get scared and pull the plug.
Like I said no lifting today. Going diving for the first time in years. Super excited. Have a cookout bday for my bro. So probably a fuk it day. Enjoying eggs and bacon right nowPL Log

Pretty sure I went over cals today. About 4100 is best guess. I hade some wings for lunch. At cookout a burger, Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, pound cake, and a few beers. I only had one serving of each though. Not worried. Back at it tomorrow

Hey hockey
That is probably it now that you mention it. I started a new routine where I'm lifting heavier on more lifts per session and that's about the same time my fatigue and crankiness started.
Bulk rage!
Yumm. I ate a little more than usual today as well but nothing too crazy.
Do you really do tricep kickbacks?

FUUUUK!
I think I pulled a muscle in my back.
Did invert row 3x12
RDL 135-10. 225-8 295-5,5,4 (on that 4th rep of 3rd set felt something). Tried to give it a few minutes but when got the bar up for 4th set I felt it
Was able to do lat pulls 160 3x10(first time getting all reps) with no pain
Started DB Rows 90 got 2x7 then 7 with R arm and after 2 with left I was done.
I was feeling good on RDL's and planning to try a PR. I'm pissed and nervous as to how bad its gonna be and how long it will last.
I was already planning on not running tonight. Original plan was to walk dogs tomorrow AM and run tomorrow night but if I'm still hurting tomorrow ill just shut it down completely. FukPL Log

All is not lost. Roll the hell out of it (tennis balls? Foam roller?) And take it easy today. Could need some time off OR it could be nothing or something you can train around. You've got the pulldowns, right? I get it, I'm going into my bulk in another week with a shoulder injury. You can still rock this thing.

Last night I popped advil every 4 hours, took some Vit C, and iced. Still in pain today. Doesn't seem to be as bad but if I move a certain way I get a sharp pain. Definitley going to take today totally off. I'm debating on tomorrow trying to do an arm or shoulder day or taking an additional day off. Thoughts? Definitley not doing legs tomorrow
Diet yesterday was good. Made some homemade pb this weekend. Taste is good but not moist enough and didn't spread well on sandwich. Had a big steak and potato for dinner and tried BJ Bonnaroo Buzz. Was ok. Doubt ill buy again. Sorry no pics. Was too uncomfortable to worry about it. Final macros 3607 166/357/193
I don't know if its the psychological part of gaining weight, the fact that I'm uncomfortable and can't exercise, or a combo but I'm grouchy as hell and feel fatPL Log

Dinner. Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, mayo, feta, garlic mixture. Was probably the lone good point of the day. That and seeing my good friends Ben and Jerry. Final macros 3534 147/373/189PL Log

Thanks Manu. Sound advice of course. Given the sharp pains I had last night I'm not lifting today for sure. We will see how it goes. May skip legs and try arms shoulders or may do just that and take the time off. Registered for a 5k sat and Monday. Hope to be able to participate

^^^ If only all those curl monkeys in my gym were simply healing up and wanted to isolate arms. I have a feeling that isn't the case though. Hope you mend quick.
