Squats felt a little bit heavy, but I still smashed through the sets. I think I will add in 155 x 3 for a deadlift warm-up next time.SFW

I've been waiting for this today. Haha. Squats look good. They may seem heavy now, but in a few weeks, you'll be warming up with that weight easy. . Keep it up and you'll be at 225 soon!!
Bench looks good too. Deadlifts look great. The extra warmup would probably be beneficial. Good luck and have a good rest this weekend. Have fun and be safe.

COMMENTS:
Press was heavy, and I had to use a little back to get the last rep of the last set up. Power cleans took a lot of energy out of me, and form was off. This was a pretty lengthy workout.SFW

I am fully aware of that. I think I will increase power cleans by 5 lbs, then worry about form. I want to do this because the collars always get in the way when I less than a 25 lb plate on the bar. I think I will read the Power Clean chapter in Starting Strength tonight.
Thanks, Brandon.
Thanks for stopping by, Chris.SFW

I had to grind out squats, but form was decent throughout. Deadlifts weren't as fast as they have been, but I'm still going to go by 10 lb increments until I miss a rep, then I'll move to 5 lb increments.SFW
