lol no reason to run away. I see my chest as the biggest laggin' Piece of poo ever seen.
thanks
thanks mr swolle. i got alotta critique for "not having a lower back" so i decided to pose better, thus, showing off the lower portion more efficiently.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

Lower body day
Squats:
warm up sets:
185x5
225x3
285x3
315x1
working sets:
335x3 @ 7
355x2 @ 8 (couldve gotten 3-4..)
365x1 @ 8.5 (really easy, but misplaced bar on traps.)
335x1 @ 7
Deadlifts:
225x3 @ 6
315x2 @ 7
365x1 @ 9 (right side of my lower back killed on this. i think its because I use an underhand grip, thus, muscle imbalance? )
after my ****ty set of 365 I placed two 45's on the floor and started doing deficit pulls.
Deficit Deadlifts:
315x6 @ 7
335x3 @ 7.5
335x3 @ 7
365x1 @ 7.5? WTF LOL.
My lower back didnt hurt at all, and I had more explosive power when doing the deficit DL's. Shocked the hell outta me. I noticed that if I keep my chin higher and head more aimed towards above eye level, that my lower back doesnt get 100% of the work. Weird. Still rehabiliating though.
Dropset Deadlift:
315x5 @ 7
Comments: Really rushed workout. Didnt warm up good enough while squatting. Hamstrings were sore for some odd reason. Textbook form on all the sets though. Still playing it safe for my lower back.. I was pretty pissed off at 365 being difficult to pull though.
Yes, Ill bump the weights up next week
Weight was 164lbs with 3-4 meals+ water in me LOL. I lost some weight :[

Bench:
135x4
175x2
195x1
215x1 @ 9 - arch sucked
225x1 @ 9 - arch was GAY
215x3 @ 7.5
215x3 @ 7.5
215x3 @ 7.5
225x1 @ 8
215 felt light as hell.. I couldve busted out 5-7 reps with it but no spotter+gym+****ty arch=fail.
Close grip bench:
185x6 @ 8
195x3 @ 9 - didnt rest long enough
195x3 @ 9 - same as above
200x2 @ 8
all were paused reps. Im going to start benching with a closer grip from now on. my strength is much greater and the explosiveness off the chest is as well.
Rolling DB extensions:
35x12
35x8
35x6
30x6
these are beginning to become my favorite exercise for triceps. they KILLED'em. Im surprised that in only 1-2 weeks they went up 10lbs?? goes to show my triceps have gotten alot stronger.
Incline Skull crushers:
50x12
60x12
60x10
60x10
these were great for the tris too. never did them before, but i felt a good stretch. kept the weight light.
Dips:
4x12
Side db raises:
4x8-10
Comments: As stated previously... my arch is really crappy and lagging in the gym vs. at home. I think its mainly in part due to my shirt/wife beater, since I cant get a firm grip on the bench with my back. I even did some face pulls to pump my lats/traps up to better my arch, but it didnt work out as planned. Leg drive wasnt there either.. Kinda pissed me off but I didnt let it affect my entire workout.

Well at lunch my gf bought me a 6 piece packet of chocolate donuts. First time having something like that in awhile.
Then I went out to dinner with her and her grandpa, ended up getting a medium sized pizza for myself LOL. (he said get a medium, fcuk the slices.) And that came with 9 slices... in which I downed 8 of them since he took one haha.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

Well my back isnt as sore but it's still there because I squat/bench/DL every week which involves a portion of my lower back.
It still affects me deadlifting but its healing. Tad too slow for my taste because Im impatient, but Ive allowed myself to gradually build up the weight Ive been using. I notice that its only my right sided lower back, as in, I grip the bar underhanded with my right - so when I deadlift that's where the pain sensation comes from.
It's fine when standing, etc, but when I sit down I notice my posture is crappy. Something Ive dealed with my entire life lol.www.youtube.com/flexxinator

Sumo Deadlifts:
135x5
225x5
285x2
315x3 @ 7
335x3 @ 8
335x2 @ 8.5 - feet kept slipping
315x3 @ 7 - slip slip
315x3 @ 8 - slippperryy
315x4 @ 8
315x4 @ 8
315x3 @ 7.5 - did this one facing the opposite direction instead of the mirror. was alot better.
Feet kept slipping under the chalk/baby powder that I used on the bar for my hands/shins. I had to rush my sets because I only had 45 minutes for my entire workout.
Sumos were fun. Off the floor speed lacks but my lockout is AMAZING. Its vice versa when conventional DLing. Imma get used to Sumo's for awhile I think.
Wide grip BB rows:
135x10
135x10
155x10
155x10
weight was light as hell. used wider grip to target inner back.
BB shrugs:
315x5 - DLing grip.
225x5
225x5
225x5
225x5
weight was light but hands were torn apart. i need lotion for my gay ass dry skin that bleeds LOL.
Pull throughs:
4x6
these were awkward as hell. luckily nobody was in the gym when I did them LOL. Felt like I was training for my GF LOL
Comments: Rushed workout but I wanted to get some work in tonight. Dont have the money to waste so I cant miss any gym time even if it means squeezing it into a 45 minute session.
Test levels were 'low' going into it, if ya know what I mean.. but I went heavy regardless. My lower back felt GREAT today. No soreness at all in the legs/lower back area, so I knew I was set for DLing.
I wanna master the Sumo DL stance because I feel I could potentially DL far greater weight in the future with it vs conventional. Just gotta get them hammies up to par.
Weighed in after workout and wasnt surprised at all. Havent been eating too much carbs the past 2 days but Ive been intaking atleast 3200-3800 cals through proteins/fats.
