Probably about 3. Looks like I'll be finished during the weekend. Going tonight for legs.
I just got back from 2 hours of MMA and then going out with my family for a bit. Shoulders are killing me from it, went high intensity. I enjoy doing it just wish they wouldn't flip out because I can't get a consistent schedule going. Kind of ridiculous that they call my house everyday if I miss a few days but I guess it will keep me from slacking.

This workout is from yesterday. I will post my workout from this morning when I get some free time at work. This workout felt great and I am noticing some added size in my quads.
I am still seeing a much improved increase in recovery. Almost towards the end of this, I haven't felt this good in a while. Especially with my joints.

This workout felt solid. Either went up in reps or weight in almost everything. Tomorrow will be my last workout. Going with chest and try to bust out some PRs since my injury.

Chest/Shoulders
Flat Bench - 135x10, 155x7, 200x8, 205x10, 215x7, 220x4, 220x4
, 225x2 (woohoo!!!!)
DB Incline Bench - 55x8, 60x12, 60x12, 60x15
DB Shoulder Press - 25x8, 40x8, 55x8, 55x6, 55x5, 60x3(pretty sure PR or close to it right there)
Side Lateral Raises - 15x12, 15x12, 15x12
Rotator Cuff - 5x15, 5x15, 5x15
This was more of a power day for me, I had to keep it pretty short but liked the results. Unfortunately this is the last workout with After Shock. I hit some PRs and have also gained a good amount of solid mass these past few weeks. I'm up about 6lbs since I started and my diet has been better than usual (not saying much lol). I hit my goal of getting to 225 with flat bench, it's a couple reps off my last PR when I was doing it for about 4 but I am satisfied. Went up with my shoulder press knocking down 60 for a few as well. I kept the other workouts pretty much the same because I was drained from bench and shoulder press, trying to go up in weight would of killed me on side lats.
I thank Myogenix once again for choosing me as on of the loggers for this. I had a great time and will post up a final review in the other section a bit later.
