and he doesn't even lift.

He did 550 2 years ago. He doesn't really squat. at all. I squatted with him when I took him to the gym, and he did 475 for a few reps. He should be doing at leats mid 600's if he actually lifted. he's just naturally big and strong as fuark. He almost got 450 on bench too.

EDIT: He's gotten 450 on bench before, he just hasn't lifted in a while. He hit 405 on bench end of his junior year. Very inconsistent in his workouts, doesn't follow any training ect just walked into the gym and benches like once a month pretty much.

He'd be good at powerlifting, I'm trying to get him into it, but with college and what not it's kinda hard. Thing is though he would have to start deadlifting(Never deadlifted, but would be good at it cuz of long arms/big hands) and squatting(Rarely squats and when it gets heavy his form sucks and squats high). He's also walking on at a pretty damn good D1 program for football.


EDIT: And for what it's worth, he "powercleaned"(Read:Reverse bicep curled) 300 lbs. Which was basically his own bodyweight, but I was still pretty impressed.

going to college in 2 weeks. Going to start training olympic lifts again finally, AND will have a coach who i can train with for free. The guy runs a oly lifting club and has a dude who clean and jerked 440 at like 190lbs or something.

I have no idea but I will say I've just gotten over carbophobia. It was ****in with me. Carded up and felt like a Bawss today with 5x7r smolov and more.
