Do you brahs find it extremely more difficult to 'no orgasm' than no fap? I know I can stop jerking it, as long as im getting regular sex. Ive done it before. I agree that jerking off every day definitely has effects on your energy level, productivity & your perception of women but moderation is fine imo. I think the most important thing is to stop fantasizing not just with women but with life in general & jerking off obviously increases this because you allow yourself to fantasize.

Ok, so I'm starting no-fap! Did it for about a month starting in March, but got bored over Easter and relapsed. I found that I just lose all my motivation then a vicious cycle starts. I've also cancelled all of my booty calls, to force me to go out and challenge myself to meet new girls. I see a booty call the same as fapping, it's the easy way out and unless I actually like a girl after a one nighter, I don't usually catch feelings for her. (unless she is incredible in the sack.)
So that's it, I'm on day 3. I guess I'll post again if I fail, or hit the big 90.

Hahaha man im exactly the same, sex drive is through the roof! Except i found fapping was preventing me from moving past my ex. I would always end up thinking of her and **** she used to do to me/ I wanted to do to her etc. Generally making her the last thing i thought about at night and then bring her straight back into my mind in the morning.
Only at day 16, but no fap has helped so much hardly think about her now and have so much more drive to go phuck other chicks.
