Try this one I'm currently using. I know it's TH8 but you can make the intuitive changes for a TH9. Probably going to use this one when I get to TH9 as well since it's even deadlier with the x bows and AQ, as well as the other defences.

How do you know what attack to use between HoLoWiWi, GoWiPe, and GoWiWi? I've only heard that GoWiWi is good against bases that have everything really spread out. Not sure about the other two though.

Hnggggg GoWiPe is so much more fun than the typical all drag raid at th8. Even effective with only lvl 2 pekkas (5 days till lvl 3) and lvl 1 golems

I am trying to get all the walls upgraded to the same.. will work on lower defenses and go from there

It's something you learn as you raid.

Holowiwi as I understand it is for very specific bases. Go watch the tutorials on youtube and you'll get the idea.

Gowipe can be put into basically any base with great success, Pekka are basically the goat troop

Thanks, brah. I was having trouble deciding what troops to focus on leveling first. Sounds like GoWiPe will be my bread and butter.

Bread and butter for war? Ya gowipe is generally pretty standard, I do drag loon usually though. Working on getting gowipe troops up

only works on spread bases but everyone seems to use it for everything
its good for an easy 2 star but only poverty as fuk raiders go for 2 stars
skeleton trap and 4th mortar really nerfed it since skeleton traps make pekker go full potato and everyone just dumps them next to THs

every base design has a weakness and if you want a 3 star at th9 you would have to use one of holowiwi, gowipe/gowiwi, or hog raid

basically if a base has a lot of compartments its a weak base to use gowipe on since you have to constantly break through the walls but its a perfect hog base since there would be no double bombs and you can run through everything

spread bases are good for gowipe since the spread defenses basically are so far apart that they cant take down golems at all
1 or 2 archer towers firing at a golem isnt gonna make a dent in its health while all the *** wrecks everything

holowiwi is for bases that have centralized ads or ads that are out of range of the defense buildings
post #1360 is the perfect holowiwi base since max loons can basically send out 1 loon per defense and destroy them before the ad kills it then hogs will wreck everything after

Pretty much unstoppable once you get to mid-late TH9. I've used ringus for a month and I absolutely abhor it because as soon as wizards/AQ get to the core, all your storages are gonna be pretty much sniped lol.

is this base most susceptible to loonian? AD are so spread out and easily accessible. I know wiz towers will rape the minions, i considered that. Just not sure that they would get all minions before being either taken down by loons or the minions sniping all the storages.

AD are spread out but you come from one side so two will be up the whole raid. That base looks easier to hog since its so compact without double big bombs.

Trying to get to 2800 is so frustrating lol.

Everytime I get to like 2750 I mess up a few raids and back down to 2650 or so

Yeah, if you are going to have a base that is pretty compact and compartmentalized, use your four big bombs in 2 pairs. Place them next to important antihog defenses like wiz tower or xbows, etc. Maybe put a tesla in front too. Your hope is that the attacker sections his hogs in 2 lines, each getting wiped by a big bomb pair leavbing your important defenses intact. Big bombs by themselves against hogs are pretty useless unless the attacker is a potato and doesnt heal well

Newish TH9 brah here. Anyone have a heads up on the best farming strat/trophy range?


Believe it or not right now I'm probably hurting for normal elix the most. Maxing out all army camps but my research lab is inactive. Its a b1tch to get 6 mil elix to research better troops. Also doesn't help that my go to raid is baloonion.

No one ever even uses hogs for farming lol. I've defended against hogs twice tho.

I use 8-10 hogs for farming along with barch. Gets me over 1k DE every time. Costs 400-500.
