Feny whats going on man? Looks like your kicking some ass again. 30's on side raises is decent in my book. I can barely do 30 and my shoulders aren't to bad IMO,lol. I can't wait to start growing again.

thanks man... yea usually try to keep the weight in a decent range on shoulder days... but every once and a while i'll give em a little extra work...
just enjoying the sun man... its absolutly beautiful here today.... mclovin the weather i'm workin a 40 hour work week here in austin at my job, but is it weird that it still feels like a break??? lol

You know I am at a spot right now where I thought my progress would be a lot better than it is. I mean the weight I have lost is great but I thought I would be looking better if that makes any sense? I took advantage of the scivation team offer so I am going to see where that takes me. If things go well hopefully by june/july I can think about GFH again. I've got a cutting cycle in the works with a little bit harsher compound. Still not 100% on if I am going to run it but the thought is in the back of my head.

its not easy thats for sure... i've been playin off and on for several years and i still shank em all the time...
my dad and i usually go out and play a 2 man scramble (you take the best shot between the two of you)
to be good, you really gotta stay with it, and by stay with it... you have to really really really practice... remember you're trying to get a little ball into a cup over ~400yards with trees, hills, ect. with just a little club... oh and your muscles
we shot -2 on just 9... so we're both pretty decent... and if you get to playing a lot... it can be a really fun sport... walk the course if you want a little cardio200lbs. . . . . . . . . . . . I'll rep back 800+ :)

I ate too little at times, but followed that with crappy foods...

Yesterday was a crazy, busy day for me... as you can see i had my first meal of oats in the morning, and was running late for class, so that was all i was able to eat. After class i had a report i had to finish and professionally bind, so i had to finish that... When i was going to take my lunch break, it was raining really really hard, so i didn't get to walk home... so i just kept on working on the project. I finally got it bound, and then by then it was 1:35!!! It had stopped raining, so i just went to our college dinning hall and grubed down hardcore. Later on in the day, i actually had the best workout i've had in a really really long time... I just felt really good, strong, and pumped. I guess squats really put me in the mood to work hard.200lbs. . . . . . . . . . . . I'll rep back 800+ :)
