    Day 46

Ate like crap over the weekend...so I'm mad at myself...so I'm torturing myself with a double workout today.

Just finished P90x Shoulders/Chest/Tri's workout...dam, that used some muscles I didnt even know existed..I'm gonna be sore tommorow...later tonight going to do P90x plyo for cardio.

Still feeling awesome...pumped all day...Lifting the most weight in my life now.

Stoked seems to really increase my appetite. It's weird though, because I seem to do best with Stoked by using it to lean out. This is where Stoked + Glycobol really shine, IMO.

    Day 50ish - Weight 173.6 ( About where I want to be)

Still feeling great, the results are amazing so far...I've always been someone that could never really gain alot of strength, even when I was younger, no matter how hard I worked out....right now I am in the best shape of my life IMO. Every day I wake up, and I feel like I just worked out for an hour, pumped all day, and its insane during workouts.

At 31, swole stack is Exactly what I needed

I think it's doing good, the best thing is instead of the protien sh*ts...you get big green Glycobal, Logs now!.....lol....I also think it's responsible for the "feeling pumped" all day effect. I've been taking 2 every am, usually with 100g of ground oats and 2 scoops protein + water or milk for breakfast every day.

Seem to be stuck on a new plateau on Bench press in the 195x4, then 195x3 range...which is WAY up from where I started this log, last few chesy workouts, I cant seem to add a rep here

Didn't have my headphones today (no cardio), so I did chest + Tri's + shoulders...totally exhausted/pumped like crazy at the end of today's 1.5 hour workout....Feeling good...Gonna tear up the gym tommorow

ahh i hate working out with out headphones. with out them they kill my workout. but as for your plateau i'd try maybe benching at 80% for 2-3 sets. always helped me for that

Only a few days left..so every workout I am going as hard as I can and putting up my new PR's

Today was Shoulder + Bi + Tri day

I've moved from 30lb's to 40 or 45lb dumbbells for most of my Bicep exercises

    Shoulder Exercises

Smith Shoulder Press 70x10, 90x10, 110x7, 115x5 ( New PR's)...will find my old Pr's later and add them in, but this is a significant increase from start

Single Arm Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - 80x8, 90x7, 90x6, 95x4 ( Pretty much right at my last workout...one more rep at 90lbs from last time so new PR, and another signifigant increase from the start)

Will be beasting in the gym tommorow either legs, or back..so Ill be posting final results from that workout tommorow
