hopefully this week will run smoothly then in 2 or 3 weeks im gonna run madcows and ****ing get strong as hell, if things dont go well then im just jumping into madcows.
my high high high volume+madcows=beast...hopefully lol

after wrestling with the idea, i am most likely not going to run madcows. i am scared of losing size, so im going to go back to the routine that gave me my greatest gains, just make it more intense. everything will be worked once a week, except for abs, and i am absolutely going to kill myself. i keep on recieving complinments everyday how i look "huge" and i keep getting bigger, but im not satisfied at all with where i am, before spring i will be around 225, max 315 on bench, deadlift high 300s, squat mid to high 300s, and have 17 inch arms (or in the middle of spring). i will do this.

yea, thats what drew me to it originally, but ive been reading and it seems, correct me if i wrong, that the only people that get mass gains are the noobs, im just worried im gonna lose my size cause im still growing, and i dont wanna **** up this "hot streak" lol as im gonna call it by just training for strength

ok so ive decided to go ahead and run madcows starting around december
yesterday i did legs for the first time in a month i think and i lost all what i gained on squats i used to be able to do 225 atg 6 times mayb 8? but hopefully next week i can get 4
did bis today, getting my body comp evaluation and i get to see my bodyfat next wednesday! kinda excited, i think its gonna be a little high tho cause og my hardcore bulk at 5500 cals a day =/my workout log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=118619261

alright so i went to the gym and maxed on squat bench deadlift
interesting ****
squat i work up to 275, (ATG) just as i hit the deepest part of the ROM my boxers explode, i thought it was my shorts tho, so i threw the weight off me and covered my ass, but good thing i realized it was just my boxers.
bench i change my technique and i put 250 on and honestly it was the easiest max i ever attempted, it went up so smooth, so i put 260, i think my technique broke down, and i felt my right pec straining so i just stopped but it was heavy as hell

overall amazing chest workout today, so close to getting 265 on bench, i set up kinda weird with my legs back more towards my head and while pushing my back hurt a little. but im so close to getting it
