Squats with less than 24hrs rest...
To let you know what kind of workout this was without having to look at any other descriptions, My eyes were Completely bloodshot after sets and I still feel like I'm not getting enough blood to my brain now. I may also have pissed myself a little.

I used a belt for all but the first heavy set. Each and every single rep was difficult, hell, unracking the bar was hard. Also some of the sets were getting too close to parallell for my liking.

Its actually my abs are getting sore now :P My legs weren't really sore after the last two workouts! adaptation ftw!
I'm having definite second thoughts about adding 20lbs a week for the next two weeks on this program. After this week I feel like even 5lbs would be a death-wish. Anyone who's run it know what it feels like to go from the saturday to the following monday? Do you feel stronger after the slightly longer rest or am I in trouble feeling so strained already?

It's got my squats approaching the level of intensity I've always had on deadlifts which I love.
I'm all about getting fired up for a set, but getting fired up for set after set after set... That's a whole 'nother mental game and incredibly tough!
Edit: Just some notes I'm throwing in for myself!
Diet needs to be cleaned up, even though I need to keep cals high for sheiko. I had birthday cake (my uncle's) for breakfast this morning!
Flexibility I can almost touch ass to ankles now with a WIDE stance, could hardly get paralell before I started smolov! Not really important cus I squat close stance anyway but still!

Thank you! I know.. I usually feel much better without a warmup. I get psyched out as I go up in weight cus it starts feeling heavy and I'm like "if it's this heavy now I'm afraid to go heavier"
I think I just pulled my left erector? It feels a bit clicky now too :S I've iced it and most of the pain is gone but it still feels very dodgy!

Smolov definately seems to be working out right now! My legs are barely fitting in my jeans anymore. I've even adjusted to the frequency a little bit, so even though my legs were sorer than ever I still got all the sets a little easier than 10kg lighter was last week. Feels good man.
On another not I got a free sample of nitroBolon today in vitamin shop so I'll be trying that out to see if it does anything for me!

I think the squats were so hard because I had random low back pain and I didn't Goodmorning the weight at any time during the lift.. usually takes a few lbs off
