I saw articles today saying Alan Dershowitz is asking for people to sue New York over the corrupt judges gag order on Trump. Trump should be able to debate Biden without avoiding questions that a questionable corrupt judge has gagged Trump from talking about.
I hope the Missouri AG has success with his case against New York and their lawfare against Trump.

No
They have a problem with selective prosecution (when other comparable never prosecuted) , and a trial that ended up with a jury verdict after the trial was conducted with mutiple 6th amendment violations (amongst other issues)
And what is resulting from the unconstitutional proceeding is interference in a national election which could impact Missourians.“A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both.”

Long bow to draw.
Irrelevant. Sounds good on paper, but the state has the discretion to litigate/not litigate any case it wants. It exercises this discretion all the time. Plus, are you seriously implying the State of NY has never before tried a case of "cooking the books". Laughable.
“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.”My personal pronouns are: Don't talk to me/Fck off

He recently declared more gifts and benefits from his billionaire sugar daddy. I didn’t read too much into it but it’s not really a shocker. We should be reining in that type of chit but that would require Congress who do the same things with activist organizations.
He recently got outvoted on a SCOTUS ruling 8-1. Dude has gone full retard."Too stupid to even figure out the subtitles of trolling." - Vickissick07
