First of all, Marshall was traded before Tebow was even drafted, he was never one of Tebow's "weapons"
2nd, we gonna act like the opinion of Tebow homers is valid? Nobody who wasn't a retard said "Tebow has no weapons," they said "Tebow SUCKS."
DT & Decker were both drafted the same year as Tebow and DT was hurt the first 2 years, he only started 7 out of 32 regular season games those 2 years. Buuuut... when he was finally healthy, towards the end of his 2nd year, here's what he did even with Tebow being a piece of shiit. His last 7 games before Manning got here:
4 catches for 144 yards and 2 TDs
7 catches for 78 yards and 1 TD
7 catches for 116 yards
4 catches for 76 yards
3 catches for 34 (only quiet game in this stretch)
4 catches for 204 yards and 1 TD
6 catches for 93 yards
Again, those were his last 7 games before Manning. With the worst quarterback of all time. Those numbers average out to 5 catches/106 yards/.5 TDs which extrapolate to... 80 catches/1,696 yards/9 TDs. That's a 7 game sample size, almost half a season.
Most of what I said goes for Decker as well, just to a lesser extent. Decker had some nice games with Tebow/Orton as well
My point being, Manning didn't MAKE these receivers, he definitely helped them develop and improve though. DT was so raw when he came into the league. In college he never ran any routes other than 9 routes or screens basically. He was in that triple option where he basically blocked 95% of the game and then was asked to get loose for a few plays down the field each game. To watch him run routes now is a thing of beauty. He's become a complete receiver. Did Peyton have something to do with his development? Of course. But we're talking about a 1st round pick who was always chock full of talent and showed it on the field with other QBs. He's not some scrub that "lord Peyton" blessed with his golden midas fingers and turned into an all-pro.

Take out the QB's for a second. Which teams receivers would you rather have? /thread.
Brady is fun to watch. Peyton is boring. Brady didn't choke in those two superbowls. He put them in the lead late in the 4th quarter both times. He did his job.
Also, can't believe people bring up the spygate argument "patriots haven't won a superbowl since spygate"....as if just getting to the superbowl multiple times and playoffs every single year isn't remarkable in of itself. Potato argument.

Lol at the haters. See you in two weeks.
“We have these — these talking heads who have gotten the vaccine and are telling other people not to get the vaccine,” Gov. Spencer Cox (R) said.
“That kind of stuff is just, it’s ridiculous. It’s dangerous, it’s damaging, and it’s killing people. I mean, it’s literally killing their supporters. And that makes no sense to me.”

you can't really compare their performances when the players they are working with are literally nowhere near comparable. If Hernadez and Gronk were in, there could have been a better legitimate comparison. As much as QBs get blown up or hyped, it's still a team sport and there are other players that are just as responsible for these catches.

It's amazing that physically Peyton is still able to be so effective. He throws a lot of wobbly passes down field without much on them. His arm strength has really waned but mentally he can still make up for it.

Last time I checked Peyton manning isn't the GM. He plays with the players that are on his team.
Also stop acting like he just brushes his teeth and goes to the field. Dude puts a lot of work in. Do you gusee of remember he's the reason scrubs like Matt shaub and everybody else are doing ore snap adjustments? Peyton started this audible stuff. You don't throw 55 tds by accident. Brady and Peyton, it's impossible to say who's better because they still have a combined 6 years left, but since it's a what have you done now for me lately league manning gets the edge. Dude has that offense looking so smooth right now. Oh yeah, and stop acting like Thomas and decker are gods. Remember, they still need the ball thrown to them at the right time and the right plays called. Peyton manning is a great quarterback, and his drop back quick release looks a hell of a lot better than Brady's statue stance
