Yeah, I've had a bad knee for about 2 months now and it is slowly healing and feels a lot better, so squats are jumping up after a stall period. My bench is finally going up a bit. It's always been a lagging part for me.
I paused with the 200kg for a couple of seconds before finally admitting defeat. A friend of mine, about 7kg heavier than me, has a 215kg DL so I'm targeting 220kg
I want something that involves a lot of nutritional science as well as all the exercise physiology. That's why I put Health & Performance Science as my 1st choice. The modules looked better to me.Sports Science & Health Undergraduate
