Make sure you're pulling the slack out of the bar and not jerking to begin the movement
dont confuse explosiveness with jerking
looks like youre too parallel with the ground for sumo, think about opening up your hips and trying to get your balls over the bar

Still no belt and very long day of walking. Went into this workout with a headache but manned the **** up and got through it. Felt good.

Man the back off sets were between 181-184 so I decided to round up. Hit failure on last set and was extremely exhausted for deads especially with headache.

Bench was heavy today and couldnt get tight for some reason. Hit some volume to make up for it. Somewhat disappointed with bench workout. Hopefully just a fluke session or something.

Accidentally hit this number... was supposed to do 297.5x6 lmao. Oh well. Felt great and first session with chalk + deadlift socks. Grip felt amazing.
