Your shoulder/rib lock is a great way to bench. That same position is also good for standing curls.
And, just a quick shout out for floor presses. LOVE THEM!!

I'll have to try it on standing bb curls! I renctenly just hit 110 lb bb curl! I was stoked! LOL, we have alot small guys in my gym and when I pick 80, 90, or 100 lb preloads and curl them ,,, OMG everybody guy around me stops and stares!! Unless they were curling to in which case the slink out the gym!
I just realize how hard it was hitting the muscles till I tried something else.. very humbling! It was cool to floor press 200 lbs!

We have very few heavy lifters in our gym. So I kinda stand out there. We have a few serious lifters but even they aren't looking to pl or even build alot of size..(girl pler at a collage gym that doesn't have pl team..kinda makes peeps take notice) LOL, nobody likes to lift with me! There's like tons of guys on here that go to my gym and not none of them will come lift with me at the gym!

Hey later today I'm also doing agility runs on the roman stairs!! Those are cool!
