By 'weeks' of practice, I hope your referring to the entire week, every single hour. So in 6 weeks, you will have hit just over 1000 hours. In 60 weeks you will have hit 10,000 hours and will be good to go. god speed opie

seriously though, there was some kid like a year ago who made a really eloborate thread about how he was DEFINITELY going to go pro and he was going to hit 10,000 hours of practice and he was going to do like 40 hours a wee until he made

You do realize there are athletic kids who start training for football age 3 and never make it.

Also being athletic =/= good football player... ever heard of specificity of training *******s. if you are a good basketball player more then likely you wont be a good football player if you don't train specifically for it.

Might want to extend the flopping training to 3 weeks just to be safe, you don't want to look outclassed when you try out. First impressions are everything.

To get into professional soccer they don't just pick random new people off the street, they have clubs for kids, they watch you over the years to see if you have potential. You're already in your twenties and never played soccer, I'm sorry op but you really have 0/0 chance of getting in right now.
