Thoughts on Workout
AMAZING workout this morning. I was hitting everything perfect and arms are looking sick with the loss of water. Still got a ways to go for sure but big things are coming.
My strength was down cause I don't feel like my body has adjusted to training the same bodypart twice a week. It might be a while before I get "adjusted" but I don't care at the moment. Just going as hard as I can....
Going to hit up cardio and abs this afternoon... Then tomorrow will be an off day from EVERYTHING.... Booooooo

That's awesome. You know it's badass when you're puking during your leg sessions. In for more progress photos.
Be easy on that knee. I do the same thing when mine's acting up.
And yeah, having a PM session instead of your normal AM sessions can do that. Just shrug it off and kill it next go 'round my friend.

Thanks for stoppin in B.. yeah I'm looking forward to taking some "good" progress photos coming up in a couple of weeks. I'm taking time off during Labor day. I'll have 5 days off from work.. WOOOT WOOOT.. I'll see if I can get my better half to take some good snap shots of me. Abs aren't there by any means but you'll be able to see the rest of me.

Puking doesn't mean anything, like John said it's just about pushing yourself past your comfort zone. I would say 98% of people feel sick to there stomach on leg day, it's because your legs are your biggest muscle group... alot of blood going into them. Also your PH balance gets thrown outta wack which gives you that wonderful sick to your stomach feeling. I would never recommend puking though !
