it might be the angle/lighting of the pictures.... lbs dont equate to fat loss, so it is possible that some of the weight lost was muscle rather than fat. 1lb per week is a good, steady drop, so keep on cutting. if you feel leaner and look leaner than you did 3 months ago and are losing weight at a steady pace then you're doing everything right. from those pictures it looks like you could be around 13-15%

Scales are crazy.
Other day I went to a nutritionist and she used this scale:
Tanita BC558 (Google it, I can't post URLs)
That scale showed that I am 10.9% Body Fat, which obviously is far from correct.
I was shocked also that the nutritionist thought that 10.9% was correct... supposedly she specializes in nutrition for athletes!
Someone can please recommend an affordable scale? Thanks

I'm 18y/o, 5'6, 133lbs. Currently eating at 2100cal/day, doing SL5x5, my last #s are: bench 180, squat 190, dl 230, ohp 100. I skip rows for chin-ups and lat pulldowns. What's my bf%? Also could I get some pointers, I feel as if I'm going in the wrong direction. Thanks!
