Pretty good bench day, eager to get to 170 something for working doubles or triples but not quite ready yet. Squats were a battle, probably shouldn't do two heavy compounds like bench and squat on the same day, was a lonnnng workout. Pulled out some decent numbers regardless on squat, 210 was too heavy to do for many sets today, but still pleased since I wasn't even going past 135 a couple months ago. Nothing hurt, everything just felt heavy as hell. Will squat again in a couple days and try again. And motherofgod.jpg I either need bigger clothes or smaller ham. Will grab an XL shirt next time so my ass isn't hanging out haha, sorry guise!Current PRs:

I must admit- when I saw squat and bench in the same title I thought "oooh she brave' then again you've done awesome deadlifts and squats in the same day.
I haven't viewed the video as I'm on my phone atm but will look at YouTube later.
Personally I think your numbers are grrrrrreat (like Tony the Tiger).. but you have an aim so go get it sista!.. brb Hammie Benching 170 like it's feather weight.

Sorry Hammie.
Re watched your vid.
You can actually jump the safeties up a notch and still get awesome depth. Also may really bloody help you out if the hole is the hero ham saver.
Also needed to tell you that that poverty ball is from the pet shop. I would use a squeeky ham, but I would not be able to roll it on the wall.
In fact I am gonna write HAM on that ball and think of you as I roll it up my back from now on. LOL.Ride it like you just stole it.

I wanna be like Godzilla, just stomp down the street and start shoving buildings over and snacking on foreign people.
And we all know what happens when a ham overtakes you. Haha asscrack of peace. I love my music, I guess that's why I put it on my ipod, lol.
Crushed it like a monster truck running over a popsicle stick house.
Yay Paige is back! Thank you.
Oh crap I dunno, no one rang (could be the poverty mailman though, he never rings the bell) will check in morning as it is 10pm and I have minimal clothing on haha.
Will try, I just don't want to smack the bars on the way down.

So apparently 270 is 88% of my max, always felt poverty stopping at 270, but it's closer than I thought percentage wise so I think a good place to work on singles. Will use this method for a while, much easier than chasing the bar around too for multiple reps cause it rolls all over the friggin' plywood I have down lol. A bit sore still from squat day Mon too, would've liked to do these at 280, we'll see what next week brings.
Got my Supple Leopard book (yesterday, had to dust the snow off the pkg this morning thanks to non bell ringing poverty mailman lol) will be digging into that this weekend for sure. Also waiting on another Amazon pkg that has guaranteed delivery by 8pm that I really wanna play around with today, c'mon Amazon you got 2hrs left, you've never failed me before! That is probably the only company who has been 100% perfect customer service wise for me always, GOAT company srs.

Oh no the gremlins are at it again mysteriously deleting people's posts! Thanks, trying to bring it heavy n hard.
Lol thank you!!
Going to do some lifting in a bit. Was tired as fark but actually had time to take a lil nap with Max today. He keeps snuggling up in my knees, I'm always afraid I'll accidentally Dutch oven him lulz. He's getting huge btw, almost 9lbs at 7 months, so double in size plus some since I've had him, I think he's eating my whey. Still no package of peace! So since it was guaranteed to be here yesterday I emailed Amazon to see what was going on. I'm supposed to wait to see if it makes it here by Fri, if not they'll have to send me a second pkg. And here is an Amazon Prime fact a lot of people don't know - if something ever does not make it by that "guaranteed delivery date" call them out on it and you'll get an extra month of Prime for free added to your account, srs, I requested that yesterday and they gave it to me no problem. It's in the Prime rules, and apparently you can do it up to 12x in a year (although I'd rather get my stuff on time, thus why I pay the fee to even have Prime to begin with.) Will lift after eating my ham soup, gotta get in OHP today since I'll be busy all day tomorrow for work.Current PRs:

It is not the whey your cat is eating Hammie.
It is the pizza and poptarts your feeding them.
I was hiding in your bin last night. Soon as I seen the amazon guy I jumped out and signed for the parcel. Phone and ask. They will tell you that a smurf dressed in a pair of blue flip flops and a green thong, wearing a 1980s walkman signed for it.
