On cheats / binges

A) Never really binge on a cut, control yourself.
B) I allow myself cheats when I'm ahead of schedule or losing too fast. Or like today was a cookout for our research group, I did 30mins cardio yesterday I wouldn't have normally done and an extra 15mins today. Then I structured the rest of my meals today to (somewhat) make room for my cheat. Damage control.

I just always think to myself "is it really worth dieting an extra week for this?" The answer's always no, dieting sucks.

best way to get through a plateau? besides dropping calories? would HIIT intense cardio help shed that last bit?

Made a youtube channel brahs, I have no idea what I'm doing -- Schools almost done, and I have too much time on my hands. Doing this to pass time, I just started and have poverty equipment. the only dude who was actually cutting hard is a perma banned. we just a group of brahs now, a few actually lift but none cut. thread title is irrelevant.

I have been stress eating but still 10% just bloated, will get down to 6% this summer.
