dude were Lucky compared to Americans. We have pure ephedrine thats legal to be sold in Canada. Ephedrine is much more effective than 1,3DMAA with less side effects. Americans call us dumb for even using 1,3DMAA when we have easy access to ephedrine.

I have just recently started taking ephedrine. Not only for the clean energy and focus it gives but It also helps keep my breathing nice and clear. Also it was I think $4-$6 for 50 caps which was dope. I was skeptical about it at first after my buddy told me to try it but for that price it was worth the try. I dont take it all the time just on days im feeling drained.

you can walk into basically any supp store and buy pure ephedrine tablets (8mg per tab comes in 50 tabs per pack) for like $5-8. GNC has a sale going on buy 3 packs for like $12 (basically $4 per pack). I work at the GNC in west van.

haha yeah but honestly the products we push like the protein powders and sh*t may be a bit over priced, but are still quality. If I had the money, I wouldn't mind buying the stuff that I sell. But yeah stats are like everything especially for my manager. Normally we are top 3 in the region but we hit 4th this week and manager was absolutely pissed.

strongly not recommend cutting after a cycle. Wait like 2 months after finishing PCT to do cut. Dat dere cortisol and hormone imbalances. Your best bet is hold off the cut till the next cycle. On your next cycle focus on just cutting so that way, you preserve muscle while you get shredded.

NaNO Vapour on GNC web is $79.99 and again at my place its $59.99
10 pound bag of Whey Gold Standard is $179.99 at GNC and its $125.99 my place
Xpand is $12 cheaper at my place
Razor 8 is $2 cheaper at my place

However, GNC did have a better price on MusclePharm Assault by $10

Im to lazy to compare other things.. you do it.

GNC is the biggest supp company and actually product test for quality/potency and purity every single product they sell unlike most supp companies out there. I used to think low of GNC as well even when i worked there but I actually did my research and realize GNC isn't as bad as you may think.

cutting cycle as in run something with that or you mean as in cut natty besides EC? I would atleast wait 1 month after PCT. Even after PCT your body is still readjusting. Your body is already in a high state of catabolism. No need to make it worse by going on a Caloric deficit. Trust me I know. Unless you plan on running GH + clen then thats a whole different story.

So if you are unsatisfied with the product or have physical issues taking it, then you can refund it full money back without much hassle.

yeah GNC there is no restocking fee and I just double checked GNC return policy is actually 30 days as well. As for employees yeah lot of GNC employees are clueless dumb fu*ks spewing lot of broscience.

I got 6 weeks left then my pct. Gonna wait till around july to cut down a bit of wait for summer. After summer i'm going to be running a much better cycle than I am now to put on some serious weight. I know its not smart to cut after cycling lol.

If you cut with tech after a bulking cycle you will keep your gains. Then after you cut and pct you can take a few months off to give your body a break before you hop back on

lol wut going back on test right after PCT? What happened to the time on = time off rule of thumb? Well best way to know his natty levels are back to normal is get blood work done 4 weeks after finishing PCT. If everything comes out good, then its his choice to hop right back on if he wants to.

I suggest GHtech cause it will preserve muscle mass, and boost fat metabolism. It will allow him to preserve the gains he made on his cycle, and cut without running the risk of losing muscle. It will also give time for him to regain his natty test levels. Depending on the person, your body just doesn't completely bounce back to normal right away after a cycle even with a proper PCT. It still takes a good amount of time.

Lol @ the prices you're settling for, IMO it's not worth it to buy anything besides multi and fish oil in Canada, make a trip down to bellis fair/tulalip every 2-3 months, 1mr is $20-$30 and you can get 10lb of ON for less than $90. Your best bet is to get a post box in Blaine and order online, it's usually free shipping to continental US plus extremely low prices. Since I. Started doing it I can imagine buying supps in Canada, especially if you live on surrey which is walking distance from the border anyway.

Meh whatever, I was just trying to make a point that they were better than GNC but thats invalid since they price match. Plus going all the way to Seattle and saving up to buy all these supplements doesnt make that much sense to me. I mean obviously it does cause it will save you money if your heavy into supplements. Id rather just pay the extra $5-10 and walk to the store. But like i said... its whatever.
The only supps I take is ephedrine and protein powder. If I ever take a pre-workout again it will be one that I bought all the ingredients and made myself, mostly everything is just full of un-needed chit and/or proprietary blends of not knowing how much of what your getting.

I just finished mine last night. Fuark I'm glad its over with.

You get what you pay for. Its a decent sized meal for sure and pretty tasty. They have two restaurants The Factory & The Warehouse .. The one farther down Granville has more places to sit and is usually quieter. Good Fries & Onion Rings. I usually eat at one of them when Im DT. Id recommend going there.
